Went there for 1 ssd drive knew where it was went there to find an empty slot under the price tag. The app and website said the port Richey store had one. So I asked not one but two guys talking about the spacing on some tvs. They told me where it would be I updated them on my situation and they said they’d have someone over shortly. I waited for over 20 minutes and left. While I waited I glanced around the store from that aisle and saw the same two guys standing near the front door doing seemingly nothing as they laughed. Ironically I walked out passing them with no acknowledgment from them.

After confirming around 6pm yesterday (Monday) the store was open until 8 pm, I drove 45 minutes, completely out of my way, to arrive at 7:50 pm to find the roller doors down and the store closed.
I have not been in a Best Buy in more than 4 years and will never attempt to visit one again.

Pokemon buy limit changes everyday. Yesterday was 2. Today was 8. Sold out by 1pm due to the increase. What I went in Friday.There was no mention of there being increased the next day. I was told it depends on what manager is on duty.
