My husband and I had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to Maria in the computer department at Best Buy Norwalk, CT. We urgently needed a new office desktop, and she quickly found an HP model that exceeded all our specs and at a great sale price.
She also helped us save more by recommending the Best Buy membership with a 2-year warranty, arranged fast home delivery for Saturday, and guided us through setting up a Geek Squad appointment for data transfer. Maria was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly efficient—truly outstanding service. Highly recommend asking for her, if you need to buy a computer!
