Our salesman, Joe was fantastic. He helped us buy a new refrigerator in the Norwalk, CT. He was super knowledgeable and explained each type of model and its features. We decided on an LG which met our needs and what we were looking for. Without Joe’s guidance, finding the right refrigerator would have been difficult. We give Best Buy a 5 star rating because of Joe’s excellence. He was respectful and helpful.
HOWEVER, we give Best Buy ZERO ⭐️ stars for delivery and installment. Today two delivery guys showed up and then said they couldn’t install the refrigerator because they couldn’t turn
