WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Best Buy. I purchased an iPhone and clearly requested to pay for it in full, with no financing plan.
Afterwards I discovered that a 36-month financing plan was showing on my account, despite never agreeing to finance the device. What followed has been incredibly frustrating.
I have tried to get help from Best Buy store management, but the managers have been completely unhelpful and have done nothing to resolve the situation. I trusted Best Buy to handle a simple transaction correctly, and instead I have been left to deal with a problem I never should have had in the first place.
The complete lack of accountability and customer service has been shocking. When a customer comes to your store, pays for a product, and later discovers that their account does not reflect what they agreed to, the least you should expect is for management to take ownership and help fix it.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with Best Buy.
My advice: double-check everything before leaving the store. Do not assume that your transaction has been processed correctly, and make sure you verify all charges, financing, and account details yourself.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this or ANY Best Buy and cannot recommend it to anyone.
