How do I check product availability at the Norwalk Best Buy?

Purchased an open box laptop that was not restored and did not work. Went to the Trumball location to return the one I purchased at the Norwalk store and purchase a different open box laptop. The laptop didn’t meet my needs so I tried returning it at the Norwalk store since I live close by and was refused a return due to minor cosmetic damage that was already noted in the notes of the “fair” condition open box label. Will be calling corporate and filing a complaint along with a negative survey. This item needs to be returned and refunded ASAP
