I went here to get my computer fixed and they did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to get my laptop working to top perfection again.
It's funny how no one seems to work at this store's laptop and computer parts area yet you see plenty of employees going back and forth from one place to another or just standing in groups talking to each other. When you ask them for help it seems to not be their 'work area', even though they're just standing there, at the computer section.

I was ready to buy a IPad however was looking at all options. They didn’t know the difference between the options but told me Apple doesn’t make the IPad A16 anymore. They Said I needed the M4 pro or air , that the others M2,M3 were to slow. I wanted the 264G and then we discussed colors,keyboard,case and pen options. Then when I asked for a different model they hand nothing else available. We’re basicly pressuring us to buy the only 11” they had in stock. “You can return it within 60 days” I know you csn not return open electronics. So that right there I knew this was about the biggest sale they can get. Then the pen packaging didn’t look like Apple. I don’t know what that was about. Apple Store knew exactly what to explain had everything in stock and the pen packaging was an Apple box. The M16 is the newest iPad! Best Buy please have educated people selling your Apple Products! Saved $250 between getting the right product and student discount by going directly to Apple!
