Last night we came to the store after 7 PM, when it was already closed. However, the manager — a tall gentleman — kindly let us in so we could purchase a LEGO set as a gift. This gesture truly meant a lot to us and made our evening very special.
We are incredibly grateful for his kindness and understanding. On top of that, every employee in the store was willing to help us, even though it was Christmas Eve and everyone was eager to get home to their families.

I used to love best buy, not any more! On black Friday I bought a camera on the website, it was delivered the next day but they left the package outside the building and the package was stolen. Best buy is refusing to give me my money back.
