The Hawley Lane Mall Bestbuy said Norwalk had 1 lenovo digital pen left for sale price $40 ...drove all the way to Norwalk to find out there inventory was wrong. I'm glad I did pre purchase before I left for a 3 hour tour in pouring rain and 15mph highway traffic. The people are very uneducated on devices and just work there unlike the old days when tech people were actually tech people.

This store is dishonest with its customers. I bought a TV with an $18 discount because it was an open-box item. The condition was excellent, meaning, according to the website, it should have been like new. The TV arrived missing the stand to keep it upright, and the remote control was also missing. When I returned to the store, they could have been more cordial; they tried to mislead me by saying it was normal, and they didn't even apologize. They didn't have any more of the same TVs, not even new ones. I had to pay extra for a newer model and wait for them to deliver it, and they still didn't apologize. It seemed like I was the one who was in the wrong! I was going to buy a MacBook Pro at the same store, but I changed my mind!
