Do not book here for Apple repairs. I logged into my Apple ID, picked my watch for battery replacement, Best Buy came up as an option for this repair. I booked appointment, waited 15 mins to speak to someone, said tech went home early, they don’t service Apple Watches and don’t have Apple Watch batteries in stock. Told them they need to get off apple’s tech options list then.

This company is a BIG SCAMMER. Their Geek Squad managers looking to your face and lie. They give you sometimes minuscule discount in quid pro quo exchange for their personal reviews. I bought few months ago there a decent moto g power 5g 2024. No problem with this purchase. But here is a big one. They offer to buy with it Zagg screen protector, claiming that it comes with life time free replacement. When I bought and shortly tried to replace, they told me: "Unfortunately, it's not available ANYMORE for your model". In the same time, it was available on Zagg website. The catch here is, that they honor warranty, but charge 10 bucks for delivery, which covers the cost of their overrating "protector" and delivery. But here is more. It is not only available on Best Buy website, but in the very same store. On the top of this- the customer service in this store - non existent neither in the store, nor in their website. The local store phone brings you to the 800 number and if you ask supervisor to complain, that advice you to go back to the store...
