Picked up my oled monitor at around 8 because it was ready for pick up and I was near, came home and it had a BENT and a CRACK. I take it the next day and they wouldn’t give me a new one because it was considered “self damage” like what? yeah, I’m going to go home and break a monitor for fun that makes sense. I’m also a Best Buy Total member if that’s how you treat your members then honestly not even worth the membership.
