The lady went way out of her way to make sure I got what I came there for. So I would give her 10 stars if I could do it
So, salespeople are nice, but when I bought the headphones, "My Best Buy Plus" membership was added. The salesperson said it was added and deleted right away, but when I checked the account online, I found I was signed up for automatic renewal for a year from now. I also discovered that two other apps I do not need were added to be automatically renewed. I had to talk to one of the online agents to remove this. It's very annoying, and Best Buy has to stop this practice. It made me feel like I was scammed.
