I had an order for curbside pick up from here because they had the items. Never got email to come get it. So I called and came by. Just a staff of people that don't care, or don't know how the system works, or to busy on their phones socializing to help a customer. They rather cancel a whole order worth $1800 then be bothered to do their job. Just a sad state Best Buy is in now a days. Worthless now honestly.
This location has great customer service. I got the help I needed even though the store store didn't have the item I wanted
Very disappointed with this store. I actually work at Bestbuy as a mobile VPL and on my day off I decided I wanted to try get some pokemon cards so I asked a blue shirt (sales advisor) from my store, if they could see they closest store with some in stock. This Bestbuy in Buckhead was the closest that had some prismatic evolutions booster bundles in stock. 4 to be exact by the time I got there a (1hr drive) the system said there was still 3 boxes, but for some reason when I got there the sales advisors were acting as if I didn't know what I was talking about. The girl at the front counter even pretended to check the system, and said there was nothing in stock. Keep in mind I had access to the live inventory. When I checked out for some naruto cards (just so my 1hr trip wouldn't be a waste) I admitted to her I was an employee and thats how I knew they had some she finally admitted they hid them in the back from customers because and I quote "people were acting crazy over them, so they hid them in the back somewhere." Instead of asking for them I left it how it was and just said it was fine even though it wasnt fine. I felt cheated by my own coworkers. This store NEEDS to be investigated for keeping inventory from customers most likely they working with resellers or they themselves are resellers.
I ordered a humidifier that began malfunctioning after 2 weeks. I brought it to the store and they refused to give me a refund nor store credit. I asked if I became a member if I could use the 60 day return policy. They said no but I should join for future purchases. I will not be shopping here ever again after this experience. Go anywhere else! I've never heard of such a strict return policy.
