I’m actually in shock still. I was walking into this Best Buy at 7:52 pm to quickly pick up something. I would have been in and out before 8 pm. The worker saw me walking toward the front door and pulled down the garage door in the vestibule right before I got to the door. That is probably the most disrespectful thing I have ever experienced at a place of business. I’ll take all of my electronics purchasing literally anywhere but here moving forward. I’ll tell everyone about this experience as well.

I had a really bad experience with Geek Squad here. A data transfer is $200. I left my laptop for data to be transferred to an external hard drive because I am switching jobs and will need to give the laptop back. I went into detail with them about the fact that this was a work computer and I wanted documents transferred. I went to pick it up today and they had only transferred a few files, mostly my downloads. They explained today that they couldn’t transfer my work files. When I dropped off the laptop, they should have explained this to me. I feel scammed.

Between 4 & 5 stars .... best advice I can give you is do your research, an educated consumer makes purchases they're happy with.
I went to purchase a Kindle that showed 7 in stock online, but when I arrived at the store there were 0 available. I also planned to buy a camera that showed 2 in stock online, and that item was also out of stock. The online inventory was inaccurate and caused an unnecessary trip and waist of time.
