Went out of their way to find item we needed

I went into Best Buy in Janesville,WI on 8/15/25 at about 8:00pm. I went in to buy a refrigerator and a chest freezer. As soon as I walked in I had the most wonderful greeting. I had one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Every employee there was kind and helpful. I asked many questions and received excellent responses. I left having bought a refrigerator and freezer, to be delivered to my home. I highly recommend going there for all your appliance and electronic needs. To all the employees who helped me, which there we're at least 4 maybe 5, I thank you very much. I will definitely return for my other needs. Sometimes employees don't get recognized for the great work they do. I wanted to make sure this time they do. Thank you!!!!
It's best buy. Greeter was helpful
Gaming section is a bit thin on games, otherwise it's a standard best buy.
