How do I check product availability at the DeKalb Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local DeKalb Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Smaller Best Buy than others. Quite a few very helpful staff available. Seemed like they didn't carry the selection of products I am used to in a larger store.

This store simply doesn’t need to exist. Everything they have labeled as “in store” in their app isn’t actually there. This has happened every single time I’ve been there for something specific. I’m not sure what the point is of having a physical location if you stock nothing and have no intention of restocking the items you advertise are available. Seems like a gigantic waste of resources and everyone’s time.

Staff was AMAZING! Trey Sherman was patient and very knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured to buy but we felt were treated as important customers and with respect. Items we bought were reasonably priced and in stock.
