I got a smart lG tv from the store yesterday around 7pm,the guy who helped us to choose and purchase the TV was nice but the manager was so bad,he is arrogant and not helping at all..we got another toy for my child and there was no one at the cashier desk ,he was there and refused to finish the purchase saying that he is the manager !!!!,my child was so upset ..then finally he did the purchase moving his head away from us in a very disrespectful way..I decided to return the TV and the toy immediately but my husband said no need especially that my child wanted the toy badly…but That was first time in my life to feel like this..It was very bad experience.

I highly recommend not purchasing the $180 coverage plan for the Geek Squad. I recently purchased a new phone and set up an appointment for data transfer. Went back to the store multiple times in one day when I was told that the data transfer would take an hour, only to get told another 20 minutes; then another 15 minutes, and so forth. Literally 6 hours later, I made a phone call only to find out that it WON'T be ready for another day or two. Due to this problem, I will cancel this service after a year and go straight with Verizon's coverage. Their staff had 6 hours to tell me from multiple visits that it would NOT be ready until another day, yet chose not to. I'm sure other customers have had issues. PLEASE Stay away from their Geek squad plan, especially with cellphones.
