Do you know how tiring it is to go into a store, look at a great price for anything, and then...they hit you with an extra $200 in fees, charges, just, etc, and that is complete bullshit! How does an appliance come without its cords? Boo on Best Buy for being the leader in extra fees, taxes, etc.

Came in for a DoorDash order for an IPhone charger. The specific item the customer wanted was not available and Nathan the shift lead was very patient in helping try and locate a replacement. His patience and customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced in Yuma. This store has great management and staff. Highly recommend coming here
Did not have in stock what they said they did. A tech selling company with no tech to advise them to reorder? Not for me. Had to go to, of all places, Walmart. Walmart came thrpugh for me. I guess I will defer to Walmart first now.
