We got great service buying our son a laptop from Best Buy. The girl that helped us fill out the credit application and purchase our son's laptop was friendly, knowledge, and ambitious about fulfilling our needs.
My family and I like shopping in this best buy store.Unfortunately, customer service wasn't that great.This time around, we had to find and locate and from the products on our own.And try to google information on the products that we were purchasing
Took my phone to the geek sqad. Cold as ice. Most of my phone is working. Hope that I don't need them ever again.

Try getting someone on the line Ai answered would not transfer call to a rep in the store , and kept hanging up
