Best Buy has all the stuff with knowledgeable and helpful staff, but you have to go in person because you'll never get through to a human if you call.
The guy associate in the tv section was short and quick in conversation with me directing me to the phone chargers, but Spencer came to my rescue. He was not only handsome, and kind, but he had the patience of job. He answered my questions with patience covering several things. He didn't rush me or seem as though I was getting on his nerves. I just know from his great customer service that he will go far.
Alicia rang me up at the register. She was very informative about the different phones and when she wasn't sure of something, she researched it. She didn't just make something up. I really appreciated her for being truthful. She also gave great customer service.
The manager Ohjie was mean to me, was sending me to check out like I'm buying water, without any clarity. I drove 40 min to get 2 watches and didn't get anything.
Stopped in the day before a big work presentation when my Thunderbolt cable broke, and I had such a great experience. I was warmly greeted, the team called ahead to the back to help me, and they quickly found exactly what I needed.
What really stood out was their kindness — they wished me a Happy Women’s History Month, which truly touched me. We ended with a fist bump and big smiles.
Excellent customer service and genuinely thoughtful staff. I’ll definitely be back!
