Best Buy geek squad out of this location is unreliable, no shows or don’t even use the right instructions. I have had Sonos speakers to Beni stalled for over 3-5 appointments (need to drill through a wall). They installed a doorbell two weeks ago that doesn’t chime in our house that now doesn’t chime so no one knew they were at the door today. They left and are no where to be found… just horrible. The total tech membership is a farce because they don’t help on any install…just charge over 500 of install fees that don’t happen and membership which is questionably helpful
