Amazing location if you want zero help or customer service. No matter what brings you to this location, you will be standing around with no one helping you the entire duration of your visit. If you do ask an associate for help, they will tell you that it’s not their department and that they’ll call someone. You’ll wait until the some elderly woman eventually harasses someone in another department to help you. If you do have the pleasure of speaking with a “manager”, you’ll likely be “helped” by Reed who acts as though you’ve personally offended him just by entering this establishment. He will not be nice or helpful. In fact, he will mumble non-answers in the other direction. I have had this exact experience 2 years in a row now regarding a phone case and an internet modem. Save yourself your time and go to any other location.

The employee Jai in the back by the laptops was SUPERRRRR helpful today for a very tedious task. He took his time and helped me every step of the way without making me feel like a burden. He even helped me carry my bags as we searched for the part I needed. Customer service was amazing! Thanks again Jai. Such a polite young man.
