Welp, now we know why Best Buy struggles to hold any market share… their retail/service procedures are completely chaotic. After checking online for services offered, and calling ahead (nobody picked up), I navigated 30 minutes of local traffic to into the Edgewood story only to be told they do not provide dash cam installation services but Buckhead does. I asked to make an appt but after standing in customer service line without a single hello for 15 minutes I left. I called the Buckhead store and ended up trapped with a horrible AI answering service, when I finally navigated out of that, I ended up in call center, where the receptionist kept me on the line for 17 minutes confirming my personal information, and appt request only to ask me to prepay the appt. I said “why don’t you lead with that? People should know that they need to pay upfront as soon as you begin the process, not force them into a bait and switch”. I could go on but the service is terrible.. it’s very affordable, but nobody at Best Buy knows how to talk to an actual human. Poor communication and poor transparency. Bummer, I remember a very different store from the early 2000s. Hope this helps someone.

Had the apple laptop my daughter wanted
Absolutely the worst Customer Service I've ever had in a Best Buy. Waited about 20 minutes for someone to help while people working. There were standing around talking to one another. Went up to the counter asked someone to help got passed over a few times finally walked out no wonder the places is so empty.
