Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >

My husband went here three times to buy new phones and the customer service staff were rude, insulting, and belittling to him because he has an accent. They threw the phones and yelled at him until the Manager Mike Casaletto took care of him. Mike was kind, patient, understanding, and helpful. His staff need to learn from him or get fired and replaced with people who care about their jobs. The girl in the front was especially nasty and should be fired. 🤢

I arrived at 10:00 AM and the store was completely empty. I left at 10:40 AM after waiting over 40 minutes without anyone helping me. The customer service was terrible. I stood there for half an hour and practically had to beg someone to assist me. I asked to see an Android phone for work, and the sales associate immediately assumed I wanted to buy it and sent the box to the cashier without even showing me the phone. I was also interested in purchasing an iPhone and an Apple Watch, but no one came to help me, even after I asked. To make matters worse, when I complained about the service, the associate was standing by the cashier with a sarcastic smile on her face. I’ve never had such a poor experience as a customer.
