My husband and I went to the Best Buy in South Philly. I needed my Samsung Watch worked on. The guy at the Geek Squad went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was very patient and calm despite all the trouble it was taking to find what the problem was with my watch. He didn't want to give up until he figured it out. After hours of working on my watch he can the realization that the watch had a internal glitch. Therefore, I needed to have it replaced with another. I was able to do so because I had insurance on it. My new replacement is working much better. I want to thank him. I didn't get his name but he seemed to be the only working with everyone.
