Was trying to get my iPod Classic fixed here. Call their support center and was told this location could do it. They couldn't. Wasted time, and gas to go up there.

Absolutely never ever order anything online from this store. It is a waste of your time because they'll just turn around and cancel it. Then when you get halfway to the store after being halfway there when you get the notification saying it was canceled. Don't expect them to do anything about it. Now I'm stuck could waiting for what could be a freaking week to get my refund back so I can go to the store and purchase the freaking thing. Best buy just straight up sucks. All this modern technology and they can't do anything. It is insane. Stick to buying stuff in the store. Don't call their call centers because they never know what they have in stock. Just waste the gas to go there and see if they have what you're looking for. And if they don't leave pissed like most of us.

Salesman sold me on Best Buy Total for nearly $200, said that the macbook I purchased would be covered. Almost 2 months later, multiple visits to the store, hours on the phone and on live chat, and I've been told they won't cover it under their protection plan that I paid for because they can't figure out how to get it added. Left phone messages for the store manager and can't get anyone to call me back. Support just passes you between chat, phone, store repeatedly until you give up on addressing your issue. Never had such a horrible customer experience.
