Waited a week for my delivery appointment as agreed. Was given a window between 8AM & 12 PM. Received a notice that delivery was delayed to between 11:30 to 1:30 - No Show. Foreign barely English speaking customer service agent said delivery guy was sick, someone else might deliver or might not. Could not give a delivery time. Called someone to check on delivery and said she got no answer. She could not reschedule delivery. I just want my new fridge delivered and installed as promised and paid for. I will think twice before buying anything big from Best Buy that requires delivery in the future.

Unable to actually speak to a human on the phone at the actual store, instead was only able to speak to an AI to answer questions (which could not answer the specific question I had) and have to travel to the store just to ask a simple question. AI is unhelpful especially when it’s the only option. If there is a way to get through to a human *in store* it’s not an easy enough process.
