About Best Buy: We had a TV purchased from there. It stopped working about 11PM on a Saturday night. I found all of the receipts. The one-year period was the night before, the night it stopped. I called the next day, Sunday, when they opened. Explained above. I'd have to talk to a manager on Monday because it was 'out of warranty.' I explained it died in the warranty period, but they were closed. A service person called back on Monday and said 'Nope, out of warranty, sorry.' I again explained that it died on the last day of the warranty but they were closed at 11PM. They didn't care. That was the last time I used them and it's a huge loss for them because I stay updated on electronics. We have TV's and electronics in every room (3 TV's alone in the main living area), garage, basement and several areas outside. My Microsoft 365 was annually renewed through them, cancelled that, used another source. @bestBuy #bestbuy

If I could do zero stars I would absolutely worst customer service ever I placed my order and it said it'll be ready in one hour waited to hours and they swear up and down they don't have it they have no notification on my order called support they told me to wait another hour for my order why the hell would they're webystate one hour for pickup instead of just saying I don't know when your order will be ready this place is a rip off

Waited for help in appliances. No one showed up. Went and asked for help. After 15 minutes no show and we walked out. Piss poor service.
