DON T BUY FROM BEST BUY ONLINE, THEY DON’T HAVE CLEAR COMMUNICATION!!! THEY DIDN’T DELIVER MY PACKAGE THEIR SUPPORT TEAM IS OUTSOURCED AND YOU CAN CALL A FEW DIFFERENT TIMES AND GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER EACH TIME. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL BACK AND DIDN’T SAID THE ORDER WAS DELAYED A DAY AND SYSTEM IS HAVING ISSUES AND ITEMS WOULD BE DELAYED A DAY. WAITED 24 HOURS NO PACKAGE NO COMMUNICATION. AFTER I CALLED THEY SAID THEY CANCELED AND THAT NOTIFICATION OF CANCELING TAKES PLACE 72 HOURS AFTER THE CANCELATION AS IF THE CLIENT KNOWING THINGS CHANGED ISN’T A PRIORITY FOR THEM.
ALSO BEING A TOTAL TECH MEMBER ACTUALLY MEANS NOTHING.
DON’T TRY TO GET THESE GLASSES FROM BEST BUY GO TO OAKELY OR META DIRECTLY.
No overnight parking, checking in only at appt time no early, extremely truck unfriendly place don’t waste time trying to talk just deliver and leave.

Came 5am for 8 am appointment have to wait until 7:30. Empty in 1 hour
Slow service, was sent to another warehouse that was a parking lot over, just a long process for something that was supposed to be convenient.
