Best Buy Warehouse Ontario

I ordered a LG washing machine in the middle of the night on the Best Buy App. The pick up location was the distribution center in Ontario. The customer service in the front reception area was great. She showed me exactly where to go where to park and even gave me a picture map of exactly where I would be picking up my washing machine. I was worried about loading because I came alone, but they assured me not to worry that they would load for me. Overall I had a great pickup experience at this location.

I checked in at the Best Buy warehouse and in a few minutes I got my new washer, I’m so happy with the great service I got! Thank you so much

The website said it would close at 8pm and when I arrived the sign said 7pm. There is no way to leave feedback on the website so I am leaving this review in its place.

The real helpful quick on filling my order help load the item into the vehicle real nice to talk to. They did a real great job.
