I have attempted to deliver a drop and hook to this place 3 times and the will not accept delivery. They have rescheduled my delivery from Friday to Monday and now to Tuesday . Drivers stay away as their corporate office has way to much control over what local locations are allowed to do. I will not only refuse to move anymore freight for bestbuy but I will be calling for a driver and a store boycott. They care nothing about those just trying to make a living.

Horrible packaging from this facility. I ordered some collectible items from best buy online and they shipped it in a paper bag envelope. No bubble wrap no protection. You would think that they would atleast put the items in a box that would protect the items. I called and complained about the situation to best buy customer service. The customer service rep was extremely nice and said she would have the items shipped again but this time well packaged. 4 days later I received the new package the same way the original one was packaged. This time the items came in in worse condition than the first. This is extremely frustrating and very unprofessional. Best buy needs to step up their shipping quality!
