I had a great salesman its a shame the stores policy didnt line up with his ability.
Normally employees are very nice and knowledgeable.
The manager didn't show that my concern was top priority

I like best buy, but not so many associates to help assist customers. My husband and I walked around, until we saw what we were there for, then looked around for assistance. A few people were getting help because they were there before us. So, we waited and waited, until we noticed that no one was trying to assist. We brought our item and headed to checkout. My husband approached the Greek squad area to ask one of them a question, which was helpful.
