Took my computer (purchased from this location years ago) to get it repaired. Stood at the Geek Squad service desk with no one in front of us for 15 minutes before anyone spoke to us. We were going to drop the computer off with info on what was wrong, but we were told they couldn't receive it because we didn't have an appointment. Since when do you need an appointment to bring anything for repair? We were told it is a "liability issue." If this is true, your Geek Squad service is a jok
