Used Geek Squad. The guy in geeks quad was great. Very informative. I felt confident with him working in my laptop. Kudos to him. Geek squad at this location is severely understaffed and the scheduling system in place is horrible. The inability to contact the store is also a great reason to never use bestbuy again. The requirement to schedule a pickup for a repaired item is horrible. If there is any other way to deter folks from using Geek squad service, I am sure bestbuy will create it. Again the gentleman that handled my laptop repair was fantastic and the only bareable experience I have with Best Buy. Corporate policies in place are horrid.

DO NOT ORDER META GLASSES. They don't cover the package to be discreet. Literally has WAYFARER META ALL OVER IT. They make the package so easy to open, ANYBODY can open it. So from me ordering up until it was "delivered," someone stole my glasses. I tried reporting it, NOBODY would help me. They wouldn't refund my money because I didn't have glasses to return. They all said it's not their department and they can't help me. So I'm out $300+ and nobody can do a thing. Best Buy will say they do not have anything to do with it, but that's who I ordered it from and I expected them to take responsibility for it, because they could have prevented it with the discreet packaging. They simply made it easy for whoever took them.

Customer service is garbage. Asked a question and was told to look it up online. Customer support is even worse. Bought a washer and dryer for pickup on a specific date and not one person can confirm if the items are available for pickup. Will never shop there again. Too many other options with much better service
