They won't let you look at items(charging cables) you're trying to purchase out of the box. To me when shopping thats the main reason I go to a store is to see what I'm purchasing so I know its what I need/want.
This Best Buy is very racist!!! Sad to know the manager there is doing this . When he approach me he already had this face of disgust because I’m Hispanic he stared me down. I explained my situation without having a receipt for a purchase and he was rudely annoyed when I kept on asking him questions why they don’t they do store credit. As he explained, I stated that is dumb for Best Buy not wanting to do store credit. Once as I said, he told me “to get the hell out of his store.” I walked off, then I went back so upset and asked for his name. With a jerky face he smiles sarcastically and gives his name. I walked off again and immediately & called in Best Buy center to report the incident. As of right now, I haven’t gotten any response or any updates. So if you are a Hispanic or any other ethnicity be careful because they will discriminate you!!!

Went over the Best buy in action camera. The price in front of it changed when we went to the register. The tag left out the Version. It's really annoying when you're going in to buy a product. Totally not impressed. It's not the first time this has happened it's been really annoying. The associate never said anything as I told my son in front of her the price was $299.
