I had a great experience at Best Buy. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. The store was well organized, and I was able to find exactly what I needed without any hassle. The customer service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back!

Todays vist was not good came to exchange a bose headphones that are under warranty. The cashier was good about helping and calling someone to help me get the new pair from the enclosure. Waited for a little while understanding they are short staffed. When the associate came by instead of helping me first because she was call to help with the transaction. Instead she helps another customer which its fine but they took the last pair of headphones I wanted.. she apologized and tried to order me an other pair but I had to wait 11 days. First time best buy drops the ball.........

The customer service with the automated answering system is poor at best. Will not be shopping at Best Buy if you cannot get to customer service. If I wanted this bad of service I would buy it online. Very Disappointed.

Bit expensive but I mean its tech so, most of the workers have been nice other then one or two who seem to just be having a bad day nothing that bad, they have a fairly big stock and you can check out the mall while there since its all connected however be careful if your getting a ps5 apparently you have ro be 18 and get id lol had to help a buddy out
