Worst customer service I’ve experienced at Best Buy. I went in 3/11/26 to purchase an Apple Watch and stood near the display while two associates were putting up promotional banners. Neither of them acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. Another associate clearly saw me waiting but walked away to start a conversation with a coworker instead of offering help. After waiting for a while with no assistance, I approached the two employees who were talking and asked if someone could help me or if only the associates working on the banners were available. The associate who had initially walked away then offered to assist me. He asked which watch I was looking for and said they might not have it but would go check. While waiting for him to return, I noticed he was again standing and talking with his coworker. I made sure he saw me, and although we made eye contact, he didn’t acknowledge me or provide any update about the watch. After waiting longer with no communication, I decided to leave. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not the level of customer service I would expect.

I went there Saturday and I watch the sales people go above and beyond for the white customers,me and a few other black males were totally ignored,I'm a black female and I don't remember ever being treated like this ! Black people stay out of best buy!!!

If you a black person don't go ! me and my sons went to buy a Xbox at 12:15 Saturday February 28 2026 and were treated like criminals, nobody would help or speak to us but they watched us !!!They showed us they don't want our business!!!

Went in to get some headphones that showed were in stock. There weren’t any out on the floor. Nobody offered to help or were walking around so I walked to customer service to get help. I was told they had them in stock and would send someone over but nobody ever came. I would understand if it was busy but there seemed to be more employees than customers in the store.
