I just walked out of this BestBuy vowing never to return. I enquired about purchasing an Ultra 2 watch and asked where are they so I can see the product. The manager said there are non on display (WHAT?) and did I know which one I wanted. I said I’d like to see what you have in person so I can decide and was told she had an open box I could view but would take 5-10 minutes to get someone to help me that they were really busy. 5-10 minutes really means whenever I get someone there. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. BestBuy needs to drop their DEI program because it’s really beginning to show.

I usually love this store. However, do not waste your time thinking you will get an item priced matched. I tried several different venders and they didn’t price match any including Dyson. I bought the vacuum because I needed it otherwise I would not have spent a cooper penny there. It felt like needles checking out. The staff is rude and uninterested in helping. False advertisement on price match. Go somewhere else folks. Don’t be fooled for the holidays.
