I ordered Insignia - 5.1.2 surround sound system for black Friday deal and had to wait a week to get there because they did not have the product in the store. As soon as they got there on black Friday I had been force to work all week. Best Buy employee said I can pick it up whenever the product gets in. Its been a week since the product has been delivered at the store and they cancel my product do to someone else wanted to buy that product. If that's their policy then they should mention it before buying. Plz just go to Costco, Walmart or Amazon for all electronic needs. They aren't going to cancel orders on you.

Customer service is not it. I asked the person working where the dbrand cases were and he said “if we had them they would be over there” I told him I didn’t see it but online it said they did and then he was like “we don’t have it then”. I walked away frustrated and then finally found a whole display of them. Really a shame because I’ve spent a decent chunk of money here the past few years.
