I had an appointment with the geek squad 11:40. I was going to be late, so I called customer service and had the runaround for 15 minutes with Best Buy’s horrible answering service and wasn’t able to get to any human being.
So I was over an hour late. Myke at the geek squad asked if I was his 1240. I said no. He says well I have to reschedule you because he doesn’t have time. I told him that Apple has already got something on this and it should be an easy exchange. He told me no it would take too long. I Asked if I could take the person’s place that didn’t show up after me. He ignored that.
I went back again today During my schedule time and Myke says they can’t take me because they’re having computer problems. they didn’t even care to call me to let me know. That will be the last time I’m going in that store
