I came here to buy some ear buds. Of course they are all locked up so I am waiting for some help. There are 4 employees standing around and finally after about 20 minutes into up and ask for some help and get told that there are some people in front of me. What a huge waste of time. These employees need to actually do their job and help customers. Not stand around doing nothing.

I finally found what i was looking for and was headed to pay when someone asked if they could help me find what needed...also a pretty long wait to pay until a second cashier showed up..

Easily found what I was looking for. The locations are well marked. The store was clean and well organized, considering that it was days after Christmas. The only problem appeared to be staffing at the checkout. There were 6 customers in the checkout line, and only one clerk was at the registers/customer service. This created excessively long times to make a small purchase. In my case, it was almost 15 minutes. I was just about ready to walkout when another clerk arrived.
