Apple product table listed items they didn't have in stock. They blamed apple. Place is getting run down, doors barely working, things are not displayed well compared to other stores.

Nice employees but BB doesn't price match. Wouldn't go below $580 for a Mac Mini base model. Apple sells it for $550 and Amazon had it for $500. Oh well, I just bought online and waited for shipping.
Update: it was sold and shipped by Amazon, which the employees confirmed. First they made excuses because my Amazon account is a business account. Then I shared the link and they got it for the same price with a coupon and they made excuses because it was a coupon. I don't really care to talk more about it, just want to give people an accurate review online 😄

I use total tech to cover everything. Had a $300 camera fall off and disappear. "We dont cover lost or stolen except on phones" is what they said. The reason for the camera falling? A faulty product THEY sold. What a waste of 200/year. Not to mention you can't call best buy stores anymore - 2/5 for customer service for sure, love driving across town just to find something out about our store. And lastly, they're so BEHIND. Anything actually worth a damn on release needs ordered. They never get anything important or worthy on release. Any big name drops - they sure wont have em. Pretty big lack of stock for being the only major electronics store around.
