would give a -10 rating if I could! Customer service is deplorable, transfer to oversea call centers who can't help and refuse to transfer to the store for resolution, or to a manager in the US, because all lines at local stores are disabled and calls are transferred to a call center.
Have a stereo head unit that has been installed for 4 months and they refuse to replace on warranty service due to the reason "We want to send to the manufacturer!" BS! Remove and replace is the solution.
I will not respond to BestBuy on a BS Facebook link, BestBuy has my account information and phone number,.
Best Buy Leadership or Customer Service has the responsibility to contact me and correct the issue!

Asked were something eas the employee told me what aisle dnd went to the front and got on his phone.
I was looking for some help about a product. Kaylee came over gave me her undivided attention helped me with that I needed. Great customer service.
Giving three stars because the disregard of the first employee.
Everyone is always so friendly! One time my car broke down. Several of the Best Buy people stopped and helped. That is not their job. Someone was on their break and jumpstarted me. I appreciate everyone that works there. They are so polite definitely recommend five stars for sure.
