I wish I can get zero Stars I purchased the TV at Best Buy on Pearland got it home put it together and it was internal damage. When did co-workers call the manager I believe her name was Shonda I'm not really sure but I found her to be very rude and implying that perhaps maybe I broke the TV I told myself I was not going to sit up there and argue with her at all even though she told me that she was going to make an exception even though it shows that there was impact, so I said it never fell, and then she goes on to explain what impact means as if I was an idiot. The customer service rep I spoke to over the phone admitted it could have been damaged in transit and I could either take it back to the store ir she could arrange for it to be picked up.
Here is what I found out from a Google search "
Yes, it's definitely possible for a TV to be damaged in transit, even with packaging. TVs are fragile devices with delicate components like the screen, circuit boards, and speakers that can be easily broken during shipping. The risk of damage is higher if the packaging is inadequate or if the package is mishandled during transit. You would think that a manager would have displayed better customer service as an wxample to her associates. That best buy location would never get anymore of my money.
Salesman just don’t seem to be interested in sales.
