I like Best Buy, but I wouldn’t come to this location if you’re in a rush. Two separate occasions I was next for a register and waited for over 10 minutes, not otherwise busy and nobody behind me. I’m all for friendly employees, just consider opening another register or organizing the line situation better. There’s a Best Buy in Lynbrook that would probably save you time even if it’s further.

I had a fantastic experience at Best Buy in Valley Stream! I was helped by Omari Oates, who was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful from start to finish. Omari took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed.
Thanks to Omari, I was able to order the TV and surround sound system I wanted for my new place. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his patience and expertise.
