An associate suggested a modem to us stating it was an appropriate speed for our internet. It took us 3 months to find out the modem was the source of our internet slowing down. The replacement was purchased at Best Buy, but they would not take back their product they had recommended. Be wary of suggestions.

The whole experience was safe and easy. Didn’t like that I had to go all the way to Valparaiso to get the item I wanted.
A big thank you to Jim in appliances for making our visit and purchase so smooth. He took the time to explain all options and getting delivery set up for us. Great salesman and good personality.
They could not print out the receipt. It had to go to email.
They're really shorthanded right now.
I got done what I needed to, but I guess this place is short-handed, and busy so service is hurting.
My truck is able to park in the back.
