You guys need to go back to appropriate hours, closing at 8:00 is ridiculous. Can we please get over post COVID psychosis and expand those hours. And if you can't find people that want to work, let's get robots in there as quickly as possible.

Yesterday my husband came into the store to buy some product was to turn around and get out because he's banned when my husband has never Stole a thing in his Life just two weeks before I was in there the same store spinning $600 on two pairs of headphones for the both of us two weeks before that I spent $1000 on a monitor for him. I called up there to try to speak to a manager, the representative said you need to come into the store. I told him I don't wanna come into the store because of the mental distraught that I've been through. I would just like to speak to someone he told me I don't have empathy for your State, you just need to come into the store or go without and deal with your consequences. I don't feel that the staff members have any consequences of how they treat people and it's not a good company to buy from

Best Buy used to be one of my favorite places to go, but today I was kicked out for possibly looking like someone. I pay for everything I get there and this is how I’m treated.

Negative experience. Two customers in the shop and was told that they where short of staff despite being more than 8 persons on site. Limited knowledge on the laptop products being sold and was asked to check online for model availability. Despite I actually purchased the laptop the service was abysmal.
