It's a Best Buy. I've had pretty good luck finding what we need here. Bought a TV from this location a while back and brought it home no issues.

Always out of stock when items say they’re in stock. Awful customer service. Took me over 20 minutes to get help even after asking the people up front to send someone to help me. Do not recommend.

The phone tree keeps disconnecting the call, I had wanted to check with a real customer service personnel if this location had a dvd player in stock and the phone tree expected me to use the online store listing then hung up on me again when I tried to call again. The online search app put an "oops" message on the screen so I tried to call a real person in store since the store search engine is faulty
