Tried to book an appointment for them to install my dash cam, but because it’s a 2 door coupe the geek squad member had concerns whether the cord was too long. The dude make it seem like I’m driving a BMW Isetta. It’s a M4, I think the cords will fit. So they wanted me to bring it in, but because of my schedule I couldn’t. So they canceled it. They installed my dash cam a couple of years ago. Whoever is doing it now is an idiot.
They always greet every single customer when you come in. I bought one of the iottie chargers but couldnt get the old one of the dashboard. I asked them for help since I bought it from here. The manager actually came out and helped get it off the dash!!! If that isnt customer service then i dont know what is!! They didnt have to do that but they did and i appreciate the time and effort and the consideration and the positivity the team has here. I'll be back! Ive been trying for 2 weeks to get this thing off the dashboard so i can charge my phone and i havent been able to because the old one was stuck so hard! Thank you guys!
The phone number won't let you talk to agents to check on availability status of products. The automated voice system tells you to check online, but online doesn't give any information.
