I did not have a issue with the store itself but I did receive misinformation based on how a credit check would effect my score as the employee said it was a soft check when in fact that was not the case. I hope some form of management sees this so that they can properly inform the employees

Went to get a store pickup and 3 employees stood around at the front no one helped me until I had to bug them go so sometimes.

I bought a computer less than 2 months ago. About a month after purchase, the computer started making a very loud humming noise. I called Best Buy customer service. The man told me I could return it no problem until a certain date. The next day, I drove an hour one way from home to return it and the store wouldn't accept the return. I am very easy to work with; they are not. Done with Best Buy.
