I was able to sign up for a payment plan for a laptop for school. Customer service was top notch, and explained many details! I signed up for a membership card but my report is counting it as a credit card... Not sure how I feel about that.

Friendly customer service. But staff in laptop section were not as knowledgeable as they should be. He was just reading off spec description and had no clue of what specs meant.

I would not recommend shopping at this store or the one on Dimond. We went in to both yesterday to try to order over $10,000.00 of appliances after waiting over 25 minutes for someone to help us after a call had been made by an employee we walked out.
