Thanks for making me talk to someone with a really bad, hard to understand accent, out of country person, when all I wanted to do was contact the store directly. Your choices in service Suck.

The store in the Tikatnu commons shopping area of Anchorage is less than satisfactory. I recently went there to purchase a case and an Apple Pencil for my iPad. Asked 2 different times for an employee to help me out. They all said they’d send someone my way but nobody ever came. Waited patiently for 35 minutes. Opened a few boxes of cases but none fit my iPad. I’m no dummy but I do need assistance with tech from time to time. How do companies stay in business with service like this? The customer service we used to have is like a lot of things in the country these days….non up to par. Don’t shop here just buy it online! Thanks for nothing oh and BTW you can’t call and talk to the manager… nobody would connect me with anyone to discuss the matter
