Found everything I needed with ease
Waited 20 minutes after door person said someone would unlock case watched 2 people come in after and get helped before I had to leave without item

By far the worst Best Buy I have dealt with in terms of getting things shipped to my address/installed. Last year the brought a Refrigerator to my house and it was damaged. Dent and water line was broke. They eventually fixed that which was nice but I just ordered a dryer from them as well last month. After 3 weeks of waiting I got told they didn’t have the dryer and delayed me 2 weeks. The second shipment I rescheduled and then on the third shipment over a month later, they canceled the delivery again because they never got the dryer in tha I had ordered. Almost zero communication. When I went in to cancel my order, even the employees agreed that they wouldn’t shop at the store. Best Buy as a whole is going down hill.
