Working in the tikahtnu mall and I can't leave my post, except for a short window at lunch. Tried to buy a samsung phone charger for pick up as I utilize my phone for work and left my charger at another location. BestBuy online stated it was in stock. Order was cancelled shortly afterward indicating no inventory. Tried to call to see what is actually available and got the phone AI, which is terrible and it hung up on me eventually. For a brick and mortar store, customer service should be your top priority. AI call screening is not good service IMHO. I called target down the block and got what I needed and they delivered it for free.

This store has majorly gone downhill. Customer service is subpar. Associates and presumably a female manager repetitively asking “do you need help with anything” more than 10 times within 20 minutes, pacing back and forth. While trying to do research on an item. They all seem to disappear and as I leave the store say a snarky remark “oh you didn’t find what you needed” it seems to be some sort of sick joke? If someone says no. That means no right ? No I don’t need help, thank you. Common sense must not be so common these days.
It would be great if they had a waiting area for service as well, so you are not harassed by employees for doing research on your phone.

I couldn't find what I was looking for, I found it here and purchased it.
They like to close their doors 10 minutes before the actual closing time, when they actively see people walking up. Nothing says a great store when you can’t enter past 7:50, but it closes at 8pm. There were 4 people standing outside at exactly 0750, waiting to be let in. The blonde girl, Rory, literally stared at us and walked away. Some other nice employee let us in. Not a great way to make sales.
