Came in just to get a charger, and decided to get a gaming rig for my son. He's never had a PC and I figured it was time for a serious upgrade from consoles.
One of the employees mentioned a 15% discount if I signed up for a best buy card, which I tried to to and failed, then immediately remembered my credit was locked. I unlocked it and tried the application again five minutes later, failed again.
So I waited a day, and voila, it worked and the employees were able to transfer the sale onto the card to get the discount.
Excellent customer service and patience from Eva, Warren, Jaden and Rory.
