Came in today to look at the Mac’s and iPhones and had some questions. Found an adult worker and told her I had some questions about the iPhones/ Mac’s and she said she’d have someone come over to assist us. We waited there for about 5 minutes and a teenage boy just walked past us and did a slow circle around the store, maybe to look like he did something? We waited a bit longer and even walked towards the entrance of the store where there was about 5 workers (4 teens 1 adult) just standing there talking. We left with unanswered questions and feeling disappointed with the service. Given we could’ve asked for help when we were walking out, but at that point we were pretty annoyed at the lack of work ethic from the teenagers. Upset but not even surprised.
