Please do not purchase your expensive electronics from here, i purchased a TV and a 5 year after market warranty. The tv screen stopped working and i was hoping to cash in on my warranty which is now 2 years old. Brought the tv in to best buy customer service, they claim they cannot trade it in or even take the tv to look at for a possible repair. They told me to take it back home and call the 1800 number to schedule a repair so the "geeks" can verify it no longer works..... this is a predatory business practice and by putting these hoops up for us to jump through they will save a percentage on honest warranties they will no longer have to honor by making it difficult. We must vote with our dollars, do not support this corporation.
This store is fantastic! My phone was dead and wouldn't charge so I blindly navigated to this best buy, not knowing the geek squad was closed on Saturdays. The associates there helped me do a bit of troubleshooting even though they weren't geek squad and got me to a point I could use my phone and navigate to a place where I could get technical help.
A large selection of items to choose from. Their employees really don't know much about the products though.
