I asked for an item that was out of stock. They did not bother to look to see if it was available at another location. They told me it's the time of year before they restock these items. It's really sad what today's help brings, helps the wrong word, i drove to the other best buy and the item that was out of stock at diamond was available at the other location. They had two of them. This is after I was told they will not have them available anymore.

Bunch of young employees who are either playing on display devices, joking around with each other or yelling curse words to each other across the floor. Recently asked the FoH if there was any 3D filament in stock, which I mentioned is usually kept right behind him by the printers. He proceeded to ask me if I was looking for filament 3x, while scrolling through his handheld for 5 min. Then asked me what color. Another 5 minutes passes. Another employee that just so happens to come up front tells me that the filament is out of stock because if they had any, it would be there with the printers. 15 min in store, for a 2 second answer. The prior visit to this, it took 45 minutes to get assistance in home appliance just to get something off a shelf. Clerks were yelling from the checkout stand to customers in electronics that they cant leave their station.

Good supply of popular electronic and home appliances. Got a good price and installation on new over the range GE microwave oven. Helpful staff helped save me money and made the transaction relatively easy. They beat Lowes on price and service.
