I recently visited Best Buy looking for advice on speakers for my car. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me, who appeared to work in the back area of the store, was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. He seemed to assume I already knew everything about the products instead of taking the time to explain options or answer questions. I came in looking for guidance from someone with product knowledge, but the interaction was so unhelpful that it felt completely pointless asking for assistance. Rather than helping me make an informed decision, he made me feel like I was bothering him. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not the level of customer service I expected.
Tried trading in a laptop. The trade in value fluctuated from $369 to $81 to $61 after they damaged the bottom which turned it from ‘like new’ to ‘fair’.
