Came into best buy to purchase a new case and screen protector for my new iphone, amongst coming in i had asked for help in the apple department and was not given any due to (being to busy). After finding what i wanted to headed to check out pay and leave but was offered a screen protector install, i said yes as they offered it like it was free with purchase and would only take “a minute” then was charged $9 and told after i had tapped my card that it was the extra $9. I then went to have it put on and it took not just 1 minute but 15 minutes later and 2 employees later to still not even have a screen protector on. I asked for a refund as the whole thing was a waste of time. i then go back asking to void the whole purchase and return and they will not. Now im out money, Screen Protector, and waiting a week for a refund. Bestbuy employees do not care and will waste your time. After leaving my phone will not stop picking stuff up all over the screen and had not had this issue till bestbuy employees man handled my brand new phone.

Why isn’t the hours of the geek squad advertised when they close an hour before the store?
Great best buy. Friendly people. Great service. I guess this Best Buy is the number one in the country.
