Placed a curb side pick up app didn't work went in they couldn't find the purchase. Even after showing them my order. Had to pay again and as soon as we pulled away we got a notification that our curbside order was ready for pickup.... Had to cancel that and wait for the refund now...

One of the worst Best Buy stores I ever visited. I am surprised Bestbuy didn’t go bankrupt yet with this poor customer service. With an experience like this to their customers, I wouldn’t count on seeing Best Buy stores in the near future. They are so worst and lagging behind everything. Just took 30 mins for me to get help. And that is to just see if a particular product is available in store. The website said it does, and I didn’t see it in the aisle. They made me wait 30 mins just to get a human come in and check if it’s available, when in fact they could have just let me do it in the app. Sucks!!!!
