If I could give a 0 starts I would. Bought a TV through a 3rd party and Best Buy was assigned to deliver it. Scheduled delivery for Friday 06/05. I received notification for 12 hour window and thought it was a bit odd the lengthiness of the window. I called 06/05 to verify the time of delivery because I had to work that day and a 12 hour window was not enough indication. They told me on the phone that it was a 4 hour window from 1-4. Did not receive that notification . Customer service rep on phone was rude and condescending. I told the CSR to write a note about calling me with enough time in advance (1hour before) to make it to the delivery because I work in anchorage and it was scheduled to be delivered to Wasilla. She claimed she wrote it. I received a call 10 minutes before the drivers showed up. Could not make it from work and o Wasilla with a 10 minute notice from work. So I rescheduled for Saturday 06/06. While I’m rescheduling, I reiterated to put a note on my account for the driver to AT LEAST call me an hour in advance. Saturday comes and I’m at home all day waiting for this TV. Again, I only get a notification of a 12 hour window and not a 4 hour window. I called at 10:38 am and again at 13:16pm. To check , confirm, verify the note and time. 12-4 they tell me. They told me not to worry that they are “still waiting within their time window”. I received a call from the driver @ 13:33. I was not able to respond to my phone at that second due to dealing with daughter, and called at 13:38. The driver did not respond. I called back MULTIPLE TIMES, no answer. Received a call from Best Buy stating the driver CANCELLED MY DELIVERY because he was not able to get ahold of me. 5MINUTES?!? YOU CANCEL MY DELIVERY AFTER 5 MINUTES?!? They stated they they had other appointments and deliveries. I told them yea, MINE!!! That I was still within my 4 hour time window. There was nothing they could do but reschedule me. AGAIN. I’m like there are longer grace periods for calls at jobs and at schools. How are they going to cancel me after only 5 minutes!!! And then refuse my call when I try to rectify the situation?!?? To reschedule they would have to push me ANOTHER WEEK OUT!!! When I called and tried to speak to a manger, all local numbers are routed to a call center!! They said a manager or supervisor could get back to me in 24 hours. That was not acceptable. So not once, but twice did they not follow directions and I’m getting penalized for it!! Go to Best Buy to PICK UP my TV, because at this point I’m not waiting another week for sheer laziness and Best Buy does not pay my bills for me to leave work because they can’t communicate effectively!! Get to Best Buy and they tell me I can’t pick up my TV and all deliveries are done through the Dimond Best Buy. I would have to cancel my order and repurchase at the store. And That TV was a gift!! They Had no way to reschedule me. Cesar was the Supervisor helping me at the store. At least he tried! But Never in my life!!! If I could file a complaint to BBB I would over this ridiculousness. But apparently Best Buy doesn’t seem to be accredited through BBB. What a shocker!! I want my TV NOW! This is ridiculous. Taking precious time and money out of my day!! It sucks alaska is so limited because I will never do business with Best Buy after this!!
