I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from a store of this magnitude in my life from the general Manager to the store manager, it was very clear That neither one of them had any customer service experience in their life. Went shopping for a printer online found a deal that was worth investigating selected the printer it showed Best Buy had it in stock for $219.99 so I drive the 50 miles to get to the store they tell me it’s $344 and did not honor the price. They told me that maybe Google had not updated that it was Google’s fault and did nothing to try to appease the situation in any way. I feel like it’s the bait and switch deal and that is pretty sad. Coming from a Best Buy store. What a joke I will never ever spend any more time or money in a store like this, and just know if you’re shopping if the page says Best Buy and shows their logo, you better double check because it may not be that could be googles doing although I don’t believe it is. I think Best Buy knows exactly what they’re doing. Allowing something like this to take place intentionally to get people there with what shows to be a good price and then switching it up expecting you to just pay more from some stupid Internet Error! It seems more like this is intentional. I do not believe a company as large as this would allow anything to be posted. Having their name blasted all over it without their knowledge! If this is how you’re going to treat people Who are trying to spend money at your store? I hope you go broke.
