I couldn’t find a single associate to help me. I knew what I wanted to purchase and asked for a sales rep multiple times. I ended up calling Best Buy’s 800 number and placed the order over the phone while standing in the store. My appliance was then delivered to my house damaged and I was offered a delivery date over three weeks after my promised delivery date. Incredibly disappointed in the service.

The best selection you could ask for. Only reason I didn't give five stars is due to not enough sales staff on the sales floor to adequately help customers. No complaints once the sales man was able to get to me.

When you order from BestBuy, they'll give you a unique code to share with the associate delivering your curbside pickup in order to prevent someone from taking your order. I guess this staff disregards that entirely because I desperately needed a camera BY TODAY and these people gave it away to someone without a name, code or anything proving it was their order. Usually the staff there is pretty helpful and friendly in my experience, but good attitude doesn't cover lack of responsibility or regard for the policies they should follow. This is actually astonishing. I've worked in retail forever and I'm just not sure HOW this could even happen.
