I spent 5k on tv's a couple months ago went in a couple days to buy a macbook no one would help me customer service was horrible
Great help in picking out a new computer. Awesome Jeff helped me get my credit card too
The mobile audio install shop is badly understaffed as only one expert, so when there is an emergency they have knowone to help. Also, the store no longer receives any calls to the store. I was routed to three different states on one attempt to get help. Best Buys customer service has dropped to zero.

All of the staff were so helpful!! When we couldn't find what we were looking for they were quick to offer suggestions as to where we could possibly find the item. I appreciate that
