We have always bought our electronics from Best Buy, but NEVER again. And in the last 5 months we spent about $3,000 with them. Most recently we purchased an Apple watch and a $24.37 screen protector that actually “fell off” the watch after 20 day! Best Buy would not exchange the “defective” item because it was 5 days past their 15 day return policy. I was not asking for a refund, and we don’t buy their $49.99 a year membership to get a 60 day return... They told me to contact Zagg (the brand name). Zagg will replace for free but wants another $9.99 for shipping. So I just ordered one from Amazon Prime (which I should have done in the first place) at a much better price. I got a Goton case, $9.96, that covers the sides and has waterproof tempered glass protection for the screen. I don’t know how much money Best Buy had invested in their $24.37 screen protector (face only, no bumper protection) but they lost a good customer over a cheap piece of junk.
Spent a while in here buying a few different things. Someone was always nearby to ask if we needed help (3 different associates helped us), and were willing to answer any and all questions.
