How do I check product availability at the Dothan Best Buy?

How do I check my order status?

Brought my daughter for a new phone. Jeff and associate was knowledgeable and helpful and polite. It took about an hour to purchase and transfer data. I recommend making AT&T purchases there.

I had a few employees walk by and they were on their phone or you ignored me completely. Worst customer service I have ever had in any place. I would not recommend Best buy to nobody.

Workers act like it's a problem to give you information. Finally found a fellow up front that tried to help..but said he could match price of item, but could not match price for the items warranty..

Best Buy just isn’t what it used to be and I’m sure it is a direct result of the Internet.
The staff was great! Very friendly and everybody I ran into offered to help.
