How do I check product availability at the Dothan Best Buy?

Incredibly difficult dealing with delivery and installation of washing machine and dryer. I was given 30 minutes notice prior to delivery of of appliances after being given a 4 hour window for delivery. Left work immediately and was literally five minutes late the first time and crew had left with message stating that order was cancelled secondary to unknown reason. Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to discuss my concerns for rescheduling and difficulty trying to meet THEIR needs in providing a service that I paid for. Was told it would middle of the week the following week before appliances could be resent. Again only given 30 mins notice prior to arrival. When arrived delivery team was leaving. When hooking up washer and dryer it was noted the dryer cord didn’t fit the plug in my apartment. I was told that the apartment would need to change the socket. Apartment stated it was not a service they provided for personal appliances. Delivering crew did not offer meaningful assistance with correcting this issue. Based on the money spent for appliances and the service for installation and poor quality of service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS FACILITY!!!! I don’t know if this is a national issue or a local issue for this company.
