How do I check product availability at the Dothan Best Buy?

Why 1 star I order a WiFi machine on the 21 and the salesman said that they had to order them I asked him how long would it take he guaranteed me that FedEx will deliberate to my house on the 23rd I got a message on my phone saying it will not be at my house until Monday yes I am pissed so we did not have TV or my security system.
