really shitty managers.. i hate having to come into the store and just wanting to buy some thing small like a charger.. and i get bombarded with offers about their credit cards and memberships... they are too focused on meeting quotas and getting sales that they fail to realize that SOME PEOPL JUST DONT WANT A DAMN CREDIT CARD... the managers hide behind employees to make sure they close a deal on a card. i feel bad for these workers. they like to hide behind workers instead of helping people that actually need help. i see a lot of customers not being attended and i get that they might be shortstaffed and what not.. BUT THE MANAGERS ARE AVAILABLE BEHIND THISE COUNTERS DOING NOTHING BUT EAGLE WATCHING EPLOYEES AND BEING ON THEIR PHONES...
