YOU WILL PAY A SERVICE FEE FOR NO PRODUCT SHOWING UP. NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION, NO RESOLUTION. YOU WILL BE ROBBED BLIND. THE PHONE NUMBERS THEY PROVIDE IS TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY. NO SUPERVISORS WILL EVER BE IN CHARGE..IN FACT THEY HAVE NONE. NO NAMES TO A SUPERVISOR. NO MANAGEMENT NAMES. NO CORPORATE COMPLAINT NUMBER. NO RESOLUTION DEPARTMENT PERIOD. IT IS ALL A VERBAL SCAM!!!!! AND A PAPER SCAM. THAT BEST BUY RECEIPT AND WEBSITE. A SCAM!!!! NO ONE WANTS TO BACK IT UP. I SPENT THOUSANDS. ON MULTIPLE ITEMS. BIG APPLIANCES. BOUGHT FROM THEM FOR 30 PLUS YEARS. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISHONESTY AND TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR AN HONEST CUSTOMER IN MY LIFE. A 50 YR OLD CHRISTIAN GRANDMOTHER WHO RESPECTS MORALS AND HONESTY AND THIS COMPANY HAS DONE NOTHING BUT CAUSE ME EXTREME DISTRESS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. GO DIRECTLY TO APPLE OR GE OR MAYTAG..DO NOT BUY FROM A FOREIGN COMPANY ANYMORE. I MADE THAT MISTAKE AND THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNATIONAL LAWS TO HOLD THESE PEOPLE OR COMPANIES ACCOUNTABLE. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY RESOLUTION AT ALL. THEY WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES. THE RETAILER COMPLETELY DUCKS OUT OF THE EQUATION. IT IS ALL A SCAM. More products are at the .com site than in the store. The store was looking a bit "bare bones". The staff was great though.

Incredibly difficult dealing with delivery and installation of washing machine and dryer. I was given 30 minutes notice prior to delivery of of appliances after being given a 4 hour window for delivery. Left work immediately and was literally five minutes late the first time and crew had left with message stating that order was cancelled secondary to unknown reason. Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to discuss my concerns for rescheduling and difficulty trying to meet THEIR needs in providing a service that I paid for. Was told it would middle of the week the following week before appliances could be resent. Again only given 30 mins notice prior to arrival. When arrived delivery team was leaving. When hooking up washer and dryer it was noted the dryer cord didn’t fit the plug in my apartment. I was told that the apartment would need to change the socket. Apartment stated it was not a service they provided for personal appliances. Delivering crew did not offer meaningful assistance with correcting this issue. Based on the money spent for appliances and the service for installation and poor quality of service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS FACILITY!!!! I don’t know if this is a national issue or a local issue for this company.
