Well Now Folks Looks like this BEST BUY is in Name only because the Personal Service Sucks 💯👍We went to purchase Not One but Three Large TVS. Nobody I mean Nobody asked if we Needed assistance. I actually went and found an employee who was working a couple of aisles over for assistance. He responded Not my area but I will call for someone. 10 minutes later another worker walks by and I said We need to talk to someone about purchasing tvs. He said I will get someone another 10 minutes No Help.I load the Three Large TVS up and need to find a Wall Mount so I ask another Worker and he said Yes right over here. I said Finally after 30 minutes We have Someone who's actually helping us. Let me Say how Disgusting of a Place this Store is I absolutely love posting this Review because Hopefully the Manager Boss will see what a 🤡 he has in charge. I took several pictures to show how our visit went. Please go to Sam's or another Store that actually has a good Staff.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE. Bought LG Washer and Dryer on June 5th. Items were delivered on June 8th. Best Buy Dothan sold me the Dryer and said they could install it that day EXCEPT they never had the appropriate wiring to finish installing the dryer in stock. Best Buy would reschedule the dryer install every day for that week, causing me to have to adjust my work schedule even thought they would just cancel the morning of because the cable was not in stock. I had to call Best Buy multiple times to get it rescheduled and each time it would end up being canceled. I even went in person to the store and talked to the manager. He promised someone would reach out and call me (never happened). They rescheduled me to June 23rd to finish the install, over two weeks later then what was promised. I have since bought the cord myself, literally went to Lowe’s next door and bought it and installed the Dryer myself. Why sell a product if you can’t even install it? Recommend going with a local store or possibly Lowe’s for appliance delivery.
