Employees here have an attitude problem, asked about military discount and they just seem to be annoyed by it. Prior to asking, I found several articles where store managers have authorized it, while this one may not, they don’t need to act like I’m crazy for asking based on others testimonies.

I went to the Geek Squad. The young man was very helpful. My tablet would not charge anymore. I have been paying the Apple Care protection. When he reached to out to get the verification to send it out to be serviced, he was informed that my tablet had been discontinued and Apple would not be able to fix it. He advised me to call Apple Support to see if I could get my money back on a service that I am paying for that I can't use. He gave me their number. He also told me to get a wireless charger and see if my tablet would charge that way. If it does then we know it's a port problem instead of a battery problem. Super nice young man. Great customer service.
