Return policy is terrible. Bought new Arctis Nova Pro headset May 6, delivered May 8. Noticed next day that one of the batteries would not charge. Decided to bring it to Huntsville Best Buy next weekend I was home (May 25). Drove the 45 minutes to see if we could just exchange the bad battery. They told us we were outside the 15 day return window (17 days after it was delivered). Rep at store told us we could join something for $50 and then we had longer to return. Extortion plain and simple. I bought a 300$ gaming headset and it's not to much to ask that it work. Bottom line is don't purchase anything from Best Buy they do not stand behind their products.
