Having an Ai operator and not being able to speak with someone inside the store is frustrating.

Matthew (working in the laptop area) was the most professional, outgoing, informative person I've met at almost any store. 12/10 I cannot sing praises high enough for Matthew. Would go back just to hang out with him. Awesome dude
If you are wanting good electronics you can't go wrong! This location seems to have a better selection along with staff who were very knowledgeable in their fields. I can't speak for all of the employees but the interaction we had were all much more pleasant than Birmingham location.
