This place is terrible. I went to do a curbside pickup at 7pm, logged into the app to check in only for it to tell me best buy was closed??? I call the store number and I'm not sure who I was talking to but the man said there was something wrong with the website. I went into to the store to get the item after 20 minutes of being on the phone and told Hayden at the customer service counter that the "app check in" was not working and asked him what was going on. He didn't bother to check into the situation. Only thing he said was he don't know and asked me for my ID to pick up the item. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Walked in and was shopping for a 75" tv and not one representative asked me if i needed assistance the whole 20 minutes I spent in the store. Sad part is, there were employees just standing around talking to one another.
