Great service. Very knowledgeable sales associate. He knew the subtle differences between the different Sony TV models. Prices were comparable to online sales. They also helped us spec and install equipment in our home theater.

Called at 10:30 to ask if they had something in stock as it said it was only available to buy in store but didn't say sold out like some other items and they put me on hold while they looked before saying they did have it. Great no problem, I ask if they can put it to the side of they're low on it and she said they had plenty so i said no problem. Drove 35 minutes to Best Buy to get there and there is none. I go up to the desk to ask about it explaining I just talked to someone 30ish minutes ago and they said they were sold out on the first day or two of getting them which was over a week ago. so I wasted over an hour of my time and left with nothing. Not mad they didn't have the item just mad I called ahead and was lied to about having the item in stock which wasted my time
