I got a good deal on an OLED TV but had to drive to this location (from nashville) to pickup. Most unfortunately, the TV didn’t fit in my car. A couple minutes after making this determination, I get a call from a woman in the store, presumably some sort of manager, telling me if I can’t take the TV home that night, they’ll have to initiate a return. Totally understandable - businesses have policies irrespective of whether it’s convenient to the customer. However, it has been a really long time since I’ve been spoken to in the manner she spoke to me. I was spoken to, from the second I picked up the phone, as if I had just berated her for 3 straight minutes, and she was retaliating. Maybe she just had a rough shift, but she really made me out to be her biggest inconvenience of the day. I just had to hang up on her before using some choice words. Based on some other reviews I’ve read, however, I doubt this was simply an off day for her. On the flip side, the guy at the counter (William maybe?) and the guy who tried to load the TV in my car could not have been nicer/more helpful. Last note, the people who answered my calls at this store specifically (IF you can ever get a hold of them) do not speak english very well. Take this into consideration if virtual customer support means anything to you.
