If I could leave zero stars, I would it’s absolutely terrible and the employee lies to your face
The store personnel great but you on line app is confusing to me and could not talk directly with geek squad which is really frustrating!
This is the worst Best Buy ever my daughter had her laptop taken in to be repaired first off it was not ready when they claimed it would be ready, so they had to mail the laptop back to us but did not return the charger. I been calling and emailing no response and when I call customer service all of a sudden this Best Buy do not take calls, how convenient so no one know where her charger is so we have a laptop with no charger. The customer service sucks. I would like my daughter charger back for her laptop and I will continue until
They send her charger back. How is an extra charger just sitting around and no one thought to make sure it stays with her laptop…. So pissed this store is the worst.
Go in when it isn’t busy, ask for help three times, get ignored all three times, wait 30 minutes and still nothing. Over priced and terrible service. Canceling my card there
