Stopped by to compare 77" and 85" RGB and OLED TVs. Blue shirts standing in groups all around but nobody to help answer basic questions/check inventory.
TVs on display have QR codes "for more information" but scanning them just displayed a text code. Asked an employee that "didnt work in electronics" why the QR codes didnt work and was told to try downloading the BestBuy app or try the website. Tried that and "something went wrong."
So much for buying a $4500 TV...
Daughter starting college in fall, so decided to check out the MacBooks. Same issue. Nobody to help. QR codes dont work and website doesn't show what is in stock.
