Best Buy in Montgomery Doesn’t Want Your Money - so take it somewhere else. Today I went to the Montgomery Best Buy ready to spend $1,099.99 on a new TV. During loading, the employee helping me dropped the television face-first onto the pavement while it was still in the box. Since I live about 40 minutes away, I understandably didn’t want to gamble on whether a dropped TV was damaged once I got home. I asked if they could swap it out. They had sold the last one in stock, but they did have an open-box comparable model that was only about $70 more. I asked the manager if they would work with me on the price considering their employee caused the issue. He flatly refused. No ownership. No attempt to make the situation right. No customer recovery whatsoever. The only “solution” offered was for me to wait on a future delivery for the original model. I told him I was there, ready to buy a TV today, if they were willing to work with me reasonably. His response was essentially, “That’s fine,” if I wanted to take my business elsewhere, and he walked away. So I got my refund and left. Accidents happen. What matters is how management handles them afterward. This store made it very clear they do not value customers, accountability, or common sense problem solving.

Very bad customer service specially associate named RAM he looked very disinterested in helping us there were people coming after us and he was helping everyone but he was just ignoring us. But BRYAN was very kind enough to quickly help us with the queries and the purchase.

No one cares if you are waiting for more than hour. There were so many associates no one looked intrested in helping.
