What a bunch of useless people. Ordered online, tv came damaged, so they said they were unable to return it, I had to do a return online and ship it back to them. What kind of backwards crap is this?!

Expected the crowds due to the holiday season, however there was only one member of staff on the register which resulted in a number of frustrated customers, one actually left the store. The games and Lego sections we checked out were unorganized and In the wrong places or just not price marked. Not normally an issue but with the lack of staff around no one could get any help.

Plenty of merchandise.... nobody to help you obtain from locked containers though! I get "it's Christmas time" but 1 person has been helped by 5 ppl and nada this way even though I asked repeatedly
