Service like this is so hard to find in Montgomery!
I recently visited the Best Buy in EastChase in Montgomery to purchase a DJI Osmo Pocket 3, and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. An older gentleman assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for and was patient throughout the process.
The Osmo Pocket 3 was in stock, which was a huge plus. We did have a little trouble locating it at first because DJI products were displayed in more than one area of the store, but the employee stayed engaged and helped track it down quickly.
Customer service like that makes a difference. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, and the overall shopping experience was pleasant and stress-free. I'll definitely return to this location for future tech purchases.
