Your staff might need a tad bit more training!💡
A customer was just in there a minute ago looking for help to purchase a fairly sizable item. He passed by a few employees who were engaged on their cell phones and did not seem interested in helping anyone. This customer spent several minutes walking past one particular worker who never looked up.
There are other merchants in town.
I must say I have had fairly good service recently so this might just be today. Anyway one sale lost.

Wasted 30 minutes sitting in the parking lot of this store trying to use curbside pick up. They sent an email telling me my order was ready, and I checked in on the app when I arrived. And then nothing. No one came out of the store. No one contacted me in any way. I tried calling the store and they hung up on me. I won't return to this location.
Update: so after failing to assist me at the phone number provided with my order, or through the chat function linked with my order, or through the app you told me to use with my order, you are now telling me you can't help through Google either? And that I must contact you through social media if I want help?
Can I leave less than one star?

The only person who spoke said be was going on lunch break. Extremely Bad Service!

Terrible customer service in store. Stood in line for 30 minutes at the checkout area, just for the woman working the customer service area 10 feet away to say I was in the wrong line.
