Went in knowing what I wanted and Marcus did an amazing job helping me get my new PC! Amazing interactions with several members of the staff. They have an excellent team at this location for sure.
Stood in store for 45 minutes waiting to buy product couldn’t get any one to help ( seemed to only have 3people on the floor working )

Went in to purchase a Kodak camera today and I realized that it wasn’t sold in store because it wasn’t on display anywhere; therefore, i wanted to purchase it AOS, so I went to the nearest employee by the camera section. She was on her computer and I completely understand if she was busy or if she was with someone, but for me to just ask “maam” and then to make eye-contact with me and proceed to look back down and ignore me? That is uncalled for. I then said maam again because obviously I’m wanting to know when and where I can do this in-store online order and she tells me, “you’re going to need to go to customer service for that.” Okay, so great direction, but horrible tone. That’s not how I personally talk to normal people, but I digress. I then go up to customer service and the girl is nice, but makes me feel like me ordering or asking a question is bothersome. Then I come on here to see all the other one star reviews and the replies, but clearly, nothing is actually being done.
Waited for help with buying a TV but couldn't get help. An employee walked past several times and ignored me when I asked for help, went to the front desk and they paged for someone but still couldn't help even after waiting another 10 minutes.
