One associate was helpful, but the customer service/cashier was very difficult. Kept saying I did not have a best buy account but I do. Come to find out he was referring to a credit card. Remember buddy understanding involves caring. Hope you do not treat all customer like that.

I purchased a printer on-line at Best Buy in Auburn with the advertising saying it would be ready for pickup in one hour. I arrived an hour later, still without notification it was ready for pickup up. Their solution was hang around a bit to see if it was ready. After another 20 minutes and no printer, I found one on the shelf, cancelled the online order and paid for the exact same printer and left. Pretty poor customer service.
