It's my favorite store to go get electronics because I no they will have the items we're looking for. The clearance TVs don't have prices so you have to ask about each one but other than that it's pretty good store.
Staffs here are bad at customer services. They try to avoid customers who look for help, some are refuse to talk to customers. WE looking to buy new Tablet. But 2 guys at Samsung/Apple phone areas are ignore us and one of them even tell me to not talk to him, and there are no other staffs around computers area next to Samsung/Apple area either.
I end up have to talk to checkout staffs upfront to get any help on Samsung/Apple products. Pretty pathetic, I end up buy from Samsung online instead.

We needed a new TV for our outdoor covered patio area in Auburn. Luis was a huge help to us. Luis helped us select a very good but reasonably priced Samsung TV and a very good sound bar that was on sale. He arranged install which was within two days of the purchase. Brandon arrived with his partner and had our total purchase with them. They took down the old equipment and disposed of it. They then carefully installed the new. They helped us get set it up with Roku and YouTube. They made sure that everything was demonstrated and working before they left. We had purchased one item that we did not need. They carried it back to the store and then gave us a full credit for the item.

I went to purchase a TV, and the team was very attentive. A team member even carried it to the door for me.
