How do I check product availability at the Auburn Best Buy?

I called this store today and got an automated response and then was connected with someone in India. How sad that a company has stooped that low to where they won’t even answer their phones. I wanted to see if they had a star link mini in stock before making a 50 mile drive only to find out they have sold the only one left. Update , I went to star links website and ordered it for the same price and a monthly plan as well. I saved two hours of drive time and any grief should the product had been sold.

The sales person was more interested in talking to coworker then Maj my the sale even while at the register with a laptop to purchase he forgot to ask about extra warranty and so on.

I was in your store today to trade in my iPhone. I spent 3 hours on phone with spectrum telling my phone that I have had a few weeks was no good. One of your employees Beau helped me fix my phone something spectrum couldn’t do. He was very busy and no matter what took good time to do it. All employers like your selves should be fortunate to have him and not even spectrum couldn’t fix it and thank you for all you done for me Beau show them how customer service is done sorry if I misspelled your name.
