I was charged for the Nex Playground and NEVER received it. I contacted Best Buy multiple times, and instead of fixing the problem, I got excuses, delays, and zero accountability. This is beyond frustrating — it feels like my money was taken with no intention of resolving the issue.
No product. No resolution. No meaningful customer service.
For a company as big as Best Buy, this level of incompetence is unbelievable. If you’re considering buying this item online, don’t. Save yourself the headache and the risk of being charged for something that never shows up.
This experience completely destroyed my trust in Best Buy.

Horrible experience. Came to buy my daughter a new phone at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening. Was ignored for 15 minutes. Finally had an employee talk to us but he and his buddy were clocking out. Called the manager who agreed they should tell us to come back tomorrow rather than take care of a customer during the regular store hours.
How do stores like this stay open?
Don't really care for best buy due to a past experience but sometimes you just can't avoid them.
