1st time buyer here,the process,the price,the loader,the door greeter and customer service was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!...they received my business because I literally could not purchase a washing machine at home depot without delivery...BB sold a great product,loaded it on my trailer and had me on my way in 10 mins..I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Long wait to get service. Several times while waiting, employees were standing around talking to each other. Employee was also no help in registering a product.

I had an off experience yesterday (2/17) here and when I came back today (2/18) I told a different employee about the weird encounter. Both he, Make, and the Manager, Mo, were amazingly helpful and apologetic. They then helped me find and set up a new computer that fit my needs perfectly! I would recommend Makel to help anyone! He was friendly and knowledgeable about all the brands and was able to answer all my questions in depth and provide recommendations. Mo was amazing in checking in the whole time to ensure my experience was not only up to standards but above and beyond. I also had an amazing experience with Beau at their Geek squad! He was super helpful and knowledgeable in getting everything off my old computer and making sure my new one was set up, up to date, enhanced security and smoothly running before I left the store!! Highly recommend this store and the employees I interacted with! (Mo, Makel and Beau!)
