How do I check product availability at the Auburn Best Buy?

Bought a screen protector at Best Buy for my phone, when I first got it in October. And the lady at the front counter told me it’s lifetime replacements for free. So fast forward to today I go to get a new one and another person is working the counter and says “You have to have a membership To get a replacement screen protector.” I said well the lady that checked me out a couple months ago didn’t tell me that. I even asked her if it came with free lifetime replacements and she told me yes. And the lady said sorry we do have some new people here so the told you wrong. They didn’t do anything to make it right. They lied to me. They ripped me off of $60. So her solution was either spend another $60 for a new one or spend $180 for the membership to get free lifetime replacements. Terrible experience
