This store needs a New Manager, and some Employee Training to deal with Customers.
I was trying to make a very simple suggestion to the manager about a bench being available for Customers waiting for the phone counter.
She said we have chairs all over the store.
So I guess while I'm shopping, I'm expected to move furniture for my own comfort ?

Could not have been a worse experience. Came in needing to buy a monitor, printer and docking station for a new office set up at a second home. I could get no help. I finally found four employees sitting behind a counter doing nothing. When I ask a young man if he could help me, he looked absolutely disgusted that he was going to have get up an actually do something. I just said never mind and left. I went two doors down to Office Depot, where Mike and his team could not have been more helpful. Never going to Best Buy again.
