This is Geek Squad review. I would find a computer shop that works local before bringing your computer to Best Buy. The lack of updates, near ability of the staff to communicate in a productive manner, and elongated time between drop off for repair and return for pick no matter the repair is nonsense. As it is with most corporate managed technology services Best Buy can’t compete with someone who does this for own business. Employees will always fail in these corporate situations.

Staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as I arrived. They answered all of my questions and offered some very important information about my search. I will definitely be back.

Tried to buy a watch. 15 mins later, they get mad that I walked out. This place went downhill quickly. It's worse than Walmart now. I won't be going back. Update: your automatic message demanding more info is super unprofessional. Just go under already or actually stock product. This is super sad, and I'm betting Best Buy will be an online only company by 2030. Also service was terrible. 4 employees and one manager gave 0% about selling me anything. Watch the footage. But no. Definitely NOT going back. 0% chance.
