Bought a TV from Samsung and Bestbuy handles the delivery. Was called the day of delivery and told it would be delayed til the next week due to water damage. Then they expected me to order a 2nd one and cancel the first one once it arrives. Can't cancel an order that has other items on it that have already been delivered. Why couldn't they just send a TV that wasn't water damaged instead? The next week they brought the water damage TV and said only the box got wet and that they tested it. Well looks like in the process of testing it they forgot to put my packet containing the manual, remote and power cord. This has been one hell of a hassle so far.

Honestly I got here it looked really nice haven't been here in a long time and well once I came in I was greeted and also helped in an instant asking what we were looking for and everything else the person that took us was Ashton he was so awesome and so quick with telling me exactly what we wanted and well last night I was there buying a PlayStation I wanted the pro but wasn't sure he said everything I needed to know about it and told me to look up exactly what it would look like if I enjoy it and if I did to come back and swap to the pro he told me some features and so many awesome things about it that today I came back and saw Ashton again he took me really quickly talked about it some more and talked about the best TVs about what would look best on it. Me getting really excited and happy on choosing the right one for myself. Loved Ashton he was awesome and kind and actually I love gaming and just hearing him telling me about everything I would definitely come back again even if he became a manager or anything really he was awesome and would come back just because of Ashton and I Thank you so much really means a lot you made my day much better since now I got the PS5 pro I am loving it.

I was sent a best by credit card that I didn't ask for, so I called to cancel it. I got a bill for Geek Squad billed to a credit card I didn't authorize. I called about the charge, and they couldn't even tell me what Geek Squad protection was on. After 8 calls, I was told they would reduce the fee instead of removing the charge. They couldn't even tell me what it was for in the first place. I will never be in another Best Buy again.

Terrible no one answered the phones and got directed straight to an AI customer service which could not help me at all. 0 stars. Very frustrating.
