Very, Very pleased with the technician that helped me in the store. Looking to purchase a new Starlink satellite system. He explained everything in a way that I could understand (since I'm not a techie). Delivery estimate was on target. It is expected to arrive tomorrow as promised.

Customer service is nice! Forgot the person we talked to but he helped with tech specifics. He was such a kind person he didn't try and make a sale just listened to what we needed and offered his expertise in computer memory and usage. Thank you Best Buy in Oxford, AL for having an awesome staff and kind people that greet you upon entry to your store. Sometimes I just like to browse and get a sense of new tech - I don't feel crowded or rushed to make a purchase.

I purchased a Samsung TV from the Oxford location on Thursday after our decade-old TV died. Turned out not to be a great fit for our needs and exchanged it the next day. In both cases, the staff were professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. From helping me pick out both sets, especially the second one since we figured out what I did not like about the first, to handling the exchange to loading the car, they were on their game. Store is neat and clean, well organized. There is a good reason I buy all my electronics for my home and businesses from this store.
