Ordered a TV online and picked it up the next day. Arrived just before noon on a Saturday. Walked through the doors and was greeted immediately. I was directed to the customer service counter. Again, I was greeted immediately. The customer service person called an individual to bring my TV up to be loaded. I was in the store maybe 3 minutes. I received assistance with loading my TV in my vehicle. Everything about my experience was pleasant and easy. The employees were nice and eager to help. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Well done !

I order a Whirlpool stove from Bestbuy in Oxford AL 36203 IN THE EXCHANGE ON MARCH 15THI WAS SCHEDULE FOR APRIL 7TH TODAY CALLED TO CHECK ON ETA FOR TODAY AND THEY TELL ME RANGE THEY DONT HAVE IT YET ITS IN A WAREHOUSE SO THEY RESCHEDULE ME FOR FRIDAY APRIL 10TH TOLD THEM BESTBUY SUCKS AND IF THEY DONT GET IT DELUVER FRIDAY I WILL REQUEST A FULL REFUND LOWES AND HOME DEPOT COULD HAVE THE SAME STOVE DELUVER IN 2 DAYS .
