So i returned an item because it was broken and i used a rewards certificate and the cashier and the manager told me the certificate i used can be return after few days but i didnt receive it until now so i called the best buy online and they told me they wont re-issued it so people in this store was lying. That is the last time i will buy something from this store. I am an total membership which i paid $179 a year and a credit card holder but they lie so i will end my business with them.
