BestBuy canceled my order without my request and didn't provide a valid reason, my order is still within the pickup timeframe.

Went on the App and ordered what I needed and they brought it right out. Very easy process. I'll do this more often. Curbside delivery is great!
Worst customer service you could ever get from this place or even best buy due to the fact they don't have a direct phone number to speak to somebody at the store. The customer service number leaves you to an AI then sends you to somebody that will not allow them to connect you to the store directly. I will never purchase anything from here again.

Well, I've been a best buy customer for over 20 years. I tend to not mind paying more than online sites bc I like to support brick and mortar and enjoy the customer service (normally). Today was treated terrible at the Spanish Fort, Al location. Brought in a return from 17 days ago. It was bestbuy.com. Was first informed that it was from their marketplace and that had "different return policy than Best Buy." I said that was misleading bc I went there specifically for best buy policies. Asked for the manager who then told me it was the same policy, which is "14 days and always has been." I said it used to be 30 and the manager(a younger girl) replied " You're obviously MUCH older than I am." What the hell is wrong with people? I'm not some senior citizen and even if I was, why treat customers this way? Here's the best part..I showed the manager that the ACTUAL return policy is 15 days, per their own website. So I guess after working there 4 years and being promoted, she still doesn't know the policy. I won't make the same mistake again. There's nothing special about Best Buy anymore. Unless you hate money, there's literally zero reason not to just hop on Amazon or countless other sites,like Newegg, and get better deals, better returns, and avoid being criticized about your age or given 3 answers to the same question. Now I know why I never have to wait in line there.
