Went in looking for a laptop and, although im very appreciative of everyone asking if they can help, I was not approached by everyone like a car salesman. The store was pretty well stocked, neat and clean.

We frequently buy from best buy and ended up not recieving our return and the Manager on Duty Tyler was very degrading making it seem like we had already recieved our return and we were not being truthful, I understand things happen and they can only do so much in store in site but customer service was the most disappointing i've had in awhile. We asked for the Corporate number due to it being a couple thousand dollar transaction. I asked for the corporate number and he insisted it was the same number as customer service (its not). Thankfully, we were finally able to find the transaction where they DID charge and did not return to account and was able to dispute it. I never write reviews but this was flabbergasting.
