⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars Best Buy has consistently delivered exceptional service and has been my go-to for all things technology for the past three+ years. The Blue Shirt associates are knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at explaining different technologies and products in a way that actually makes sense. Over the years, I’ve purchased two MacBooks here, along with AirPods and AirPods Max headphones for my daughters. Anytime we’ve needed help, Geek Squad has been outstanding—assisting with device repairs, troubleshooting, and general support. Their service has been consistently reliable and professional. Today’s visit was another great example of why I keep coming back. I purchased a pair of AirPods Pro (3rd generation) as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, and the associate did a great job explaining the differences between Apple’s headphone options so I could make the right choice. He also made sure they were added to my Best Buy Total plan, ensuring they’re covered under warranty for two years, which I really appreciated. This Best Buy truly handles all of my technology needs, and the consistent, high-quality service keeps me coming back. Highly recommend.

Went to Best Buy to purchase a laptop. Upon entering the store we were greeted and told that if we purchased a laptop today and opened a BB credit card account we would get $60 off the purchase. Applied and purchased the laptop and even verified with a different employee that we would get $60 off the price. When the bill came there was no discount but a few days later an e-mail was sent along with a coupon for $60 off a FUTURE purchase (with a very short time period to get the discount). This is simply dishonest marketing. Deceiving your customers is not the way to keep them very long. I have deducted the $60 from my credit card bill and paid off the balance and will not be sending in any more money. I have also cancelled the card since I will not be purchasing anything from BB in the future. Oh, and good luck trying to contact BB in any way, they don't make it easy and really don't want to talk to you. Called one time and asked to speak to a manager and was told "our managers don't come to the phone." 'Nuff said! Buyer Beware!
