They didn't have the finger optic cable i needed, but the staff was extremely helpful. They helped me check each section it could have been in. Only removed one star because Best Buy should stock fiber optic cable for internet, seeing as it's extremely common these days
Even though the online order was frozen, the store helped correct the issue.

However, STARLINK unit failed to work once installed. I called Geek Squad, got automated text “help”, they stated they were sending a new kit to my address. Then the site said I “timed out” and dropped the thread. I waited for new kit, but so far nothing. I hope everything straightens out…
