The only ding was an item that was supposed to be supplied but forced to remove because it was not available. A mouse for a new laptop, needed it to lol
Went to Best Buy to purchase a laptop. Upon entering the store we were greeted and told that if we purchased a laptop today and opened a BB credit card account we would get $60 off the purchase. Applied and purchased the laptop and even verified with a different employee that we would get $60 off the price. When the bill came there was no discount but a few days later an e-mail was sent along with a coupon for $60 off a FUTURE purchase (with a very short time period to get the discount). This is simply dishonest marketing. Deceiving your customers is not the way to keep them very long. I have deducted the $60 from my credit card bill and paid off the balance and will not be sending in any more money. I have also cancelled the card since I will not be purchasing anything from BB in the future. Oh, and good luck trying to contact BB in any way, they don't make it easy and really don't want to talk to you. Called one time and asked to speak to a manager and was told "our managers don't come to the phone."
'Nuff said! Buyer Beware!

This place never has anything in stock and the employees are lazy. The guy at the store pickup refused to verify if a product was in stock. I really can’t wait for Best Buy to follow the same fate as Circuit City.
