Sales person was informed and courtious , explained the product and answered all my questions .
However, STARLINK unit failed to work once installed. I called Geek Squad, got automated text “help”, they stated they were sending a new kit to my address. Then the site said I “timed out” and dropped the thread. I waited for new kit, but so far nothing. I hope everything straightens out…
They had what we needed a the clerk was very helpful.
Easy parking, shopping and eateries near by.
Horrible experience. Customers are blocked from calling the local store. The calls are routed to a South Asian call center where you need to speak Hindi to talk to a fake "Ralph" or a fake "Gladys." Very disappointing. Amerigas did the same thing and they are going out of business because of the "disconnect" of customer communications.
