I purchased a washer and dryer a week ago. The associate was incompetent, since he couldn't explain nothing about the product. At the end, he called someone else who explained to me the product. Then the "Associate" scheduled the delivery for Saturday 23, showing in my purchase order. One day before, I received a message saying I need to schedule my appointment. I called Best Buy Tuscaloosa, and they let me on hold for first 20 minutes, and after that (I have to call again since they never answer) 54 more minutes. My whole lunch break!. The didn't want to put a Manager on the phone. At the mean time...the chat...after dealing with them for over 40 minutes...they couldn't solve the problem. So...They wait last minute to inform you the delivery is not going to happen, they keep you on hold for a long time...at the end...they don't take care of you. Poor...very poor service...Specially Best Buy Tuscaloosa.
