I’m trying to call the store, Tuscaloosa, Al, and all I’m getting is the call center. I’ve been trying to call for a couple of days. Very frustrating

They do a pretty good job of helping you when you need it. Occasionally, I have wandered around trying to find a product and usually within 10 minutes, someone finally assists to locate the product.
