Best Buy Conway

Best Buys website is awful. Their inventory is never right. I've gone in on 2 separate occassions to buy a product because it was "in stock" per their website and it was not. Today, I called to verify that something is in stock because their website says there are 2 and I've been on hold almost 5 minutes. Which is odd because everytime I've walked into that store there are 5-6 people just standing around.

Best Buy has always been one of my go-to places whenever I need electronics or accessories. They have a great selection, and I can usually find exactly what I’m looking for, whether it’s a new watch, car stereo equipment, laptop accessories, tablets, cases, chargers, or just about anything else electronic. I especially like being able to walk into one store and compare different brands and options instead of having to order everything online and hope it’s what I wanted. The selection of accessories is also impressive—they seem to have cases, covers, cables, and other accessories for just about everything. I’ve shopped at Best Buy for a lot of different things over the years and have consistently had good experiences. Great selection, plenty of choices, and a dependable place to shop for electronics. I definitely recommend Best Buy!

Very dissatisfied with this store as well as the “management”. My daughter purchased a laptop that they said would be shipped to the house because they didn’t have one in stock. They’re saying never sent a confirmation and her account she setup didn’t show an open order. We have called multiple times and filed claims. They are stating we walked out of the store with the laptop because that is what it says in there system. Not sure why it’s so hard to tell that we DIDNT walk out with that item. Managers are not in store and there is no way to contact them. We are simply asking for them to send the laptop we purchased but have gotten nowhere. Fed up with the lack of responsibility and help.

Star rating reflects poor company as a whole not this specific location. The local phone number for the store sends you to an AI that then sends you to a customer support (not in store!) who cannot help answer a question on whether the local store carries an item without knowing an exact SKU or part number. Associates in store are quite helpful but if I cannot even connect with them on the phone their support system becomes useless.
