The worst experience ever, they sold me a recharge card that expired and refused to refund me. So unprofessional, the manger didn't even want to listen to me. All she said we can't refund it, no apologies or nothing. Please make sure you look at expiration date before buying anything there

Went in to purchase Google pixel 2 smartwatch that was advertised on sale for $149. After waiting for assistance the employee assisting us told my wife they did not have any of these in stock and that they could not even order them, but that they had the pixel 3 in stock for $319. Why advertise something you don't have in stock and have displays for it. That's ok, went to Walmart in Lonoke and got the watch we wanted for $129. Great customer service, Best Buy. I won't be back.
