The friendly staff is always willing to help when there is a long check out the employees come out of the woodwork to speed up the process. The selection is dwindling, which is concerning for the long run of this establishment. I wish their extended warranty didn't go subscription based. I bought a $149 tv recently that was 19.99 a month for the warranty. No way, I'd ever pay that. tv recently that the extended warranty was There is apmle parking.
I haven't shopped at Best Buy in a while as most of the stores have subpar service. Just being honest. This is actually one of the better Best Buy stores. The staff greeted me and several team members checked on me throughout the store and asked me if I needed any help. That's excellent service and staying alert. I talked with Geek Squad about a few things and they were very professional and welcoming. The experience was well-received and I hope to return soon. I highly recommend this Best Buy as they do appear to have their act together. Thank you and keep up the great work.
