The employee that helped me didn’t seem very stoked to be there. That’s fine I get it, it’s holiday season I’m sure things are crazy. But a couple of things.
1. After he got the screen protector on he put the new phone back in its box, just handed it to me and told me to have a good day. I asked him if he was gonna help me transfer my data/info from my old phone to the new one and he said I should do it at home cause their WiFi was slow. It wasn’t till the drive home I realized I had two phones and neither of them worked/were connected to the network, I was just in no mans land until I could get home and transfer everything. Keep in mind there was a customer beside me in the store being helped by another employee to transfer their stuff, but I didn’t wanna push it.
2. Dude didn’t give me a receipt for the 1300 dollar phone I had to ask for it. He told me he was sure he gave me one, printed another, and said “here’s your extra receipt.”
3. I JUST realized when he took my phone to put the screen protector on he didn’t come back with the box so now I can’t register the warranty which was the last straw and what lead to this review. Any one of these things isolated I would have let go, but all of them together made for a mediocre and frustrating experience. Thanks Wesley.

This store had several TVs on display which helped make my decision. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While I was there I was able to drop off old electronics so they could recycle them! This is definitely a better experience than shopping online.

Ordered a black Friday deal online for curbside pickup. They brought the item to my care within 3 minutes of arriving to the curb.
