Will never shop there again. They completely screwed up my order due to a “glitch” in their system and did absolutely nothing to try to make it right.

The team on the floor including managers are unprofessional. They are friendly I will give them that. I was having issues with my laptop and went to Geek Squad for help. They were too busy talking amongst eachother to actually listen to my concerns about my laptop. They then continued to joke around and tell me that they had broken my laptop but that it was just a joke and that it was actually fine. (I do not go into the store often, nor do I personally know any of the employees) I then bought an open box laptop and they supplied me with a universal charging cable since I did not have one with the laptop. They did not factory reset the laptop before I bought it, which should have been done before the purchase. The charger I was given was not compatible with my laptop. I spoke to a manager since I have had to go to the store multiple times for one laptop. She was not very helpful. They were not willing to compensate or even give an apology for loss of time or for the difficulty of receiving everything that was needed for a laptop. I was then told that my compensation was that they factory reset my laptop for free, since they usually charge for those. Keep in mind that it was signed into the store account for store use and was supposed to be reset before them selling or my purchase of the laptop. I do not recommend this store to anyone. If you need to go to a BestBuy I do recommend the one in Little Rock.
