Definitely do not recommend coming here to trade in a phone. Was trading my iPhone 12 Pro Max towards the 17 Pro Max and my carrier is AT&T. Began the process with the Best Buy worker, but got moved between multiple workers and multiple computers. In the end I ended up with the AT&T representative, but the whole time I felt like I was being an annoyance to everyone who had to help me. Had to re-enter all of my information every single time and was very patient through the whole process. Something glitched on their end and the system was trying to not charge sales tax. Rather than the company taking care of it, I had to wait additional time for 4 more people to come take a look. Finally got to the data transfer process, and was told by the Best Buy worker that I could leave and it would keep doing what it was supposed to do, so I left after being there for around and hour and a half. At this point, my original phone was disabled and the new phone said it was stuck on a screen saying it was loading the new data. This lasted for a full 24 hours. I was without a functioning cell phone until I could return to the store after work, and was assisted by the same AT&T rep as the day prior. He had it solved within 5 minutes, and told me I should have stayed until the entire process was finished, completely contradicting what the other guy had told me. I was told they initiated my trade in, and to wait for AT&T to send me the required box to mail in my old phone. It has been 3 weeks, and I have received nothing. I’m writing this after my 45 minute phone call with AT&T support, where they informed me there was never a trade in initiated. I’m beyond annoyed with the entire process, and recommend going elsewhere.

Treated my wife and I horribly when we were having trouble with a MacBook we purchased through them (Yes we have the warranty). If you need help don’t go here or buy a warranty. They are not helpful

Beware of the 15 day return policy. Just found out on day 19 that my automatic document feeder on the scanner of this $500 canon printer doesnt work and my options in the store were 1) go through the manufacturer or 2) buy a $50 best buy warranty to get my original purchase price back or to exchange. This is why Amazon is killing these companies. 15 day exchange window is not competitive. Instead of getting it exchanged I went ahead and bought the same model off of Amazon. It was $100 cheaper and comes with a hassle free 30day return.
