As far as carrying stock, this Conway location is absolutely terrible. Last December, I was shopping for space heaters, and the Conway location would never have any of the space heaters I clicked on, but the Little Rock and Fayetteville locations did have the heaters. This past summer, I was shopping for dehumidifiers. Once again, this Conway location didn't have them, but Little Rock and Fayetteville did. Have you been to the Conway location? Their basket and hangers behind one of the counters is for trading cards. It STAYS empty. Now, I'm searching for a 40" Fire TV. And, of course, none of the TVs I look at are in stock in Conway. But, they're in stock in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Ft. Smith, & Fayetteville. To the Best Buy in Conway: Terrible. Take a lap.

Made a substantial purchase today with my husband and upon check out we were offered the reward program. Employee stated that it has cash back options and I asked “does it cost a fee to be in the program” he replied “no, it’s free” & BULL CRAP. Got to our car and looked it up to an annual subscription!!! We both became suspicious when he asked for my social security number but we complied and signed up for the suppose free program. When we called to cancel the lady on the phone said it’s a “sales tactic” when it’s blatantly “LIEING” to get sales. Garbage sales tactic to scam people out of hard earned money. If it’s a subscription then SAY IT.

Sent my computer off to get fixed. Two weeks later I had to call to find out anything about it. Then it gets shipped back and the Geek squad sat on it for two days without saying it was done. I had to call the customer service number to find out it was done and sitting there for two days. I get there and the two geek squad guys are just hanging out in the back apparently not doing their jobs. Best Buy needs to hold their people more accountable unless they like paying people not to do their jobs.
