Last 2 x I came into buy something, over $300.00 walked out did not buy anything at all. Won't be back to this store specifically because you can walk around the store all day long and no one will step over to help you. 1 stood at the phone sales counter the entire time, 1 I had to call over across the room, answered a few of my questions then did not return to help as I said I was going to go look at open box phones, as I had planned to make at least 2 major purschases today. Then I got tired of waiting and went to another section department waited and looked around and saw 1 straightning item on shelve. I asked are you busy and got a few questions answered and then decided they did'nt need my business. So I won't be a customer especially at this store. There were about 5 employees on the floor and about 2 or 3 customers, no one was being helped on the sales floor that I saw and everyone seemed to be looking around. Not much out of a store that sells electronics and items most people need good customer service.
