This is the worse company to ever do business with, my mom Reba S had bought a computer, an hasn’t bought anything since an that was over 2years ago. And they keep telling her every month here bill has went up, when she has not bought anything else. The more she pays on it the worse it gets they tell her she needs to pay more!! Someone needs to look at this a fix it, before authorities ( lawyers) are involved a they won’t get there money!!
Had a good sale on HP laptops. Saved $300 over any other store. Th as nks for helping us get everything setup.
I think Best Buy is going to go extinct before too much longer. The store is not the best buy anymore. They don't compete and they have little in the ways of stuff that people need. The have more security than sales people. Just throw in the towel and be done.

No wonder best buy is the geek squad. All the people work there are geeks. I will never go back too that store.
