Do not EVER buy an appliance here. You buy and sign up for one delivery date/time, and then you get moved around 6 different times to fit into their scheduled "availability." I have emails confirming one delivery date that will not be meant. Buyers beware here. Go to Lowes or Home Depot. At least they'll get it delivered in time...

Very cold and impersonal, suggested their in-house geek squad for my issue with downloading photos from an old camera I was having trouble with. Wanted $100 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR'S)to do this with the memory card reader I had just purchased!!! I might not be tek savvy, but I'm not stupid!!! Will never go back, except to return the memory card reader!!
