I bought a new HP laptop computer from the Best Buy in Fayetteville, AR. Scheduled their Geek squad to come to my house to set up. Got a text message from store that my appointment was the next day IN store. Called their store, and a very rude person informed me I would need to pay another 199.00 for the home visit after I already spent over $1,100 for computer and protection plan and scheduled set-up. I have purchased from Best Buy in Tulsa, OK many times and been very satisfied. If I could give the store in Fayetteville NO stars, I would!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I called before visiting to confirm if they would price match a CPU from Micro Center. The employee I spoke with assured me they could. After driving to the store and getting to checkout, I was told they only price match in-state and couldn’t do it. Frustrating experience and poor communication between staff.

Yesterday I brought my Sodastream cartridge to exchange for a refill. The person at the register, I think is a manager named Jey failed to give me a new cartridge, Jay gave me my old one back.
Today I had to do a three hour round trip to get the cartridge refill. Then the lady with the snake tattoo on her forearm delayed me several minutes said she could not give me my replacement without Jey's confirmation returning the cartidge I purchased yesterday would not cause depletion in the stock .... ? I am not asking for a free cartridge... I want what I paid for... And Jey did not even glance at me, much less apologize for the inconvenience he caused me, which I wonder if it was on purpose?

Worst customer service ever! Tried asking about a subscription that i didn’t want anymore and while the workers tried helping me one of the managers there came up and told the workers to not help me and that i was crazy in English them thinking I couldn’t understand! This made me feel horrible because I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before at any other location.
