Every time I make an appointment, I end up waiting for hours or even days, for something as simple as a battery change! They should not be taking appointments if they're just going to ignore the amount of work they have to do on the appointments and take walk ins ahead of them so that the appointment time becomes completely irrelevant. So maddening and disrespectful.
Great location. Usual BestBut affair. Great customer service.
