I am glad I have my Geek Squad membership. Recently I had some questions about my Best Buy HP Envy laptop, if unfamiliar background apps were ok, and brought screen captures of the computer symptoms to show before I brought in the device for diagnosis. I think the employees' name might be Shawnee - maybe he is the manager? He helped answer my questions a year or so ago and again was helpful about the computer and brainstorming phone questions, too. i find he is a reliable source of tech support.
My one caution with all things computer related no matter how good tech support is anywhere, I find time and time again, that is it is essential to regularly save all your valuable data on an external DEVICE/SYSTEM, before there is a problem, and before having experts work on your computer.
