Don’t order items online and expect to do store pick up the same day. Even if the app says it’s there. Manager Cecelia informed me a lot of items do that. It’s a common thing to do online orders and the item is not in store. Seems to me inventory at a big box store could be more accurate. Solution from manager, she wasn’t the one who I ordered it from. Nothing she can do. I will never shop at another Best Buy again. Customer service has been lost due to profits.
