I'm sick and tired of being ran around with your monitors and prices. You sold me a $500 monitor that runs like a $150 monitor.
I then checked the webpage for this monitor i purchased so that i might leave a review for others after using it for a week(not to mention the monitor was now only 200 bucks???), but I was refused the option to leave a review. Also if a deal like that is literally coming up with in days of the customer purchasing the product then should your employees not be aware of this? If so then wouldn't it make sense to be considerate of your customers and let them know. I would more than willing to stay a loyal and happy customer of yours if you were considerate of your customers! This disappointed me so I dug deep and learned more about your company and customers experiences. It seems a lot of people are having the same issue and saying that when a product is getting negative reviews and massive returns you turn off the review option for that product. I'd have to say this info is 100% correct. I will no longer use your store for any technological purchases. Have a good day! (possibly one of the single worst experiences I've ever had)
Quiet clean. Customer service was awesome. They helped me load up my tv.
I did find what I was looking for..but only getting 2 stars, because employees there do NOT know what the word "NO" means..when they ask you to sign up for their rewards card. Only repeated myself 15 times, and having to cause a scene for them to understand it.
