We went to Best Buy to buy a refrigerator because ours went out. They do not keep anything in stock but they do have a local delivery. This don’t work for us since we live over an hour away and we work 6-7 days a week 12-13 hour shifts. We ended up going to a local store spent 2K on an LG with all the bells and whistles. If you don’t have it in stock you can’t sell it.

Being called fraudulent and doing illegal services when this is what I’ve always been told to do in the store, is not what I signed up for today. I said I’m not sure this is what everyone tells me to do and he said yeah you are committing fraud. I said the account is not under me it is my mother then you see I’m the authorized user and he let me know that I’m committing a crime? That’s not how we talk in customer service and being a supervising bouncing a ball in the store isn’t the best for customers to see. This store needs to do better and manage their supervisors better.
