Being called fraudulent and doing illegal services when this is what I’ve always been told to do in the store, is not what I signed up for today. I said I’m not sure this is what everyone tells me to do and he said yeah you are committing fraud. I said the account is not under me it is my mother then you see I’m the authorized user and he let me know that I’m committing a crime? That’s not how we talk in customer service and being a supervising bouncing a ball in the store isn’t the best for customers to see. This store needs to do better and manage their supervisors better.

My experience has been terrible!!!! Delayed my delivery, then it was defective, only to find out later they did not remove the install bolts from the back of the washer. Kept delaying the new selection to the point I canceled it but it was charged to my credit card. Have to go to the store to talk to someone because their AI won’t let you through for ANYTHING! My husband was there today and I still have charges on my card. I have to go back tomorrow. Hard to believe this is a store at all

Worst customer service ever! I will never purchase another computer / item from them again. Brought my computer to geek squad on Saturday afternoon. I had a question after I left the store and realized I may need some additional assistance with my service. I have tried contacting them Saturday-Monday. Today is Monday afternoon and I still have not been able to speak to a live person. Everything is AI, or they put you through to some agent that you can barely understand at a call center who has no means to help you. I tried their chat service. I was told by their chat service that the put in a request for a call back from the store. Still no call back! I live an hour and a half away from the location so it is not convenient for me to just stop by the store. Such a disappointing experience. Shame on you Best Buy! You do not care about your customers.
