Landen is an exceptional employee. He is charismatic and projects a sense of knowledge and professionalism that is both approachable and welcoming. Every major appliance, computer, and theater component purchased in the last five years has been exclusively transacted at this location, and not at a competitor or online, because of my trust and confidence in Landen. Customer service is king, and Landen always makes a Best Buy experience. We already have plans for our next purchases.
Five stars to electronics and mobile phone employee Chris for a lot of assistance in selecting and initial setup of a mobile phone! But, less than zero stars for Best Buy making it almost impossible to reach the store by phone! Even after their call center was advised that I was already working with a store employee that day on the purchase of a phone, several call center employees absolutely refused to connect me to the store! Infuriating and vastly degraded my trust in Best Buy to be a good place to shop!
UPDATE AFTER THE REPLY FROM BEST BUY: No, Best Buy, I am not going to contact you on other platforms. Fix your problem for all customers and don't try diverting the issue to just one disgruntled customer at a time.
