The service desk has no idea what they’re doing. They both refused to look at my device as well as help me in any way, shape, or form. They stated that if they offered to plug in the cord that I would be held liable if it short circuited when in reality these devices are known not to do that… Took my device a week later to the Apple Store and it simply just needed a new power cord.

Oh my what a nightmare. I went to get some baseball cards. N I'm disabled mentally n I didn't understand because the guy said I could get whatever else I wanted. I thought I won something n he asked me n I said we'll I really like one dose nice stereos n he got it n gave it to me n told me to sign. N ole turns out now I owe them 100 dollars a month for 12 months for a stereo I could have bought at Walmart for 199 dollars. They seen I was slow n mentally disabled n took advantage of me... then they really rude to me corporate was horrible. I'll never go there again.
