The phone answering system is terrible. The AI hung up on me twice when trying to ask it to look up an item, then a third time when asking to talk to a person, it then acknowledges your request and then ask again about the item, followed by another hang up once you say the item. I dont see how Best Buy can deem AI as better customer service. Hire actual people and pay them a living wage and you wouldnt have to waste money on terrible AI that turns away customers. Invest in your employees and they will invest in your business. Pay your employees as if they dont matter then your business wont matter to them. Hence why yall cant keep good employees.

I had a great experience with the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Tristan was the only one working up front, and he handled everything incredibly well. He was multitasking the entire time, making sure every customer was acknowledged and taken care of without making anyone feel rushed or ignored.
You can tell he really knows what he’s doing—he was knowledgeable, efficient, and still friendly despite how busy it was. It’s not easy to manage that kind of workload alone, but Tristan did an outstanding job.
Highly recommend stopping by if you need help—great customer service like this makes all the difference!
Quick service, friendly starr
Great Fast food Chicken sandwich. Probably the best!
