Review of Best Buy: The service and communication with the employees is one of the best I have experienced. They want to keep customers coming back for more purchases. (They care about the consumer)
Praise GOD for the Best Buy employees who work on Higdon Avenue.
Best Buy never disappoints me. ALWAYS answers my questions, NEVER gives me a hard sell, helps guide me with suggestions and thoughts to help me make a choice in product. One thing i really like is, if the particular person i'm talking to doesn't know enough about what i'm looking for, they will go get someone who is knowledgeable.
Best Buy will always be one of my favorite stores.
The service desk has no idea what they’re doing. They both refused to look at my device as well as help me in any way, shape, or form. They stated that if they offered to plug in the cord that I would be held liable if it short circuited when in reality these devices are known not to do that… Took my device a week later to the Apple Store and it simply just needed a new power cord.
