It’s hit or miss. Seems like when you need help, you can’t get it, but when you don’t need help someone is there in an instant. Last time was a great experience, but it’s a big box store so you get what you paid for
I dropped off my laptop May 28th. Geek squad in store couldn't help me at all, so they charged me to ship it off but told me everything would be done by June 15th. June 18th they message me needing me to fill out even more forms (when I already accepted all this is store). by JULY 1st still no answers, I'm told they can't do any work on my laptop until they have the form I've now filled out twice. (with email proof and dates) I've been waiting over a month and they've done nothing but cost me money and time.
I bought a best buy essentials brand type c charger and only one wall adapter came in the box and I have to drive 30 miles to exchange credit... No thanks I'm tired of losing money 😴
Decent place to pick up electronics for the kids or yourself, just be cautious of prices. If I see something I like I generally check it's price on Amazon to make sure BB is cheaper. Usually they are. Employees are hit or miss at just about any BB location, some are terrific and helpful and others are not familiar with the products they are selling. Overall it's a good location.
