I remember a time when Best Buy used to be relevant and it was one of my favorite places to go however, the company new policies, especially not letting you speak to an actual agent inside of the store that you were physically calling is one of those policies I hate to say it, but they’re not gonna last very much longer

Many units aren't repaired in store and are sent out for repair, so anyone can advise you of the most up-to-date repair status available.

Google said that this particular store had a game I wanted I went there and it wasn't at this location. I wanted Battlefield 6 Phantom edition. I ended up having to drive 40 minutes away to another location.
