DONT BUY YOUR FAMILY A CHRISTMAS GIFT HERE. MY MOMS BOYFRIEND PURCHASED US A 800 DOLLAR MONITOR AND GAVE US THE RECEIPT IF WE WANTED TO RETURN IT. WE WENT IN TO EXCHANGE IT AS IT WAS TOO BIG AND THEY SENT IT BACK TO HIS CARD. AND TOLD US WE COULD NOT EXCHANGE IT. SO WE JUST COMPLETELY LOST OUT ON OUR GIFT BECAUSE WHO IS GOING TO CALL THE PERSON WHO GIFTED IT AND ASK FOR THE MONEY BACK!? CALLING CORPORATE AS SOON AS THEY OPEN AND FILING A COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEBSITES. THEY HAVE CHILDREN WORKING IN THERE WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY. IT WAS AN EMPLYEES MISTAKE BY REFUNDING INSTEAD OF EXCHANGING.
