Best Buy's new policy of NOT being able to speak to someone at the store of purchase is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I will NEVER use, recommend Brst Buy for ANY purchase again.

Went for what I wanted. Didn't need my help, I was asked twice during my visit, declined both requests, no pressure. Bought what I needed and left..
There is no substitute for brick and mortar stores. I get to view the items. I get to hold the items, and most importantly, I get to test drive the item! BB was well stocked. Knowledgable sales associate, and nice! Sold me not on the item I was looking at online but the better item I truly wanted!
Wish they had a better selection of gps's
