What kind of backwards company does not allow you to speak to the store. I'm tempted to return all 1400 dollars in merchandise I bought. Any company that uses call centers is not worth doing buisness with.
Came to this location about a week ago, and waited on someone for 1 simple item for over 30minutes. I was in the store to surprise my child with s pair of *beats headphones*, and was told that someone would be over to help me shortly, but instead.....I found myself walking in between/up and down 3 different aisles for 30minutes, before asking "how long does ot take for someone with a key to come by?!". Finally a person came and I was able to get to my kid, before the bad weather hit. I was completely forgotten about, and I guess due to coming by straight after work.....I didn't "appear" as if I would actually make a purchase.....but I did.

Love this store got a new cube!
This particular store is ok but some of the people that work there are not ‼️ Good delivery and set up service (kudos) but after you spend your money it's a different thing. Hate it ‼️
