When you call you are unable to speak to someone in the store. It takes you to an out of country call center. I have already talked to them more than once. They couldn’t fix the issue so I made an appointment, drove 45 min, explained my issue for the 4th time. He was able to fix one issue now there is another. I just want to ask one question without having to drive back up there. Why is it so hard to talk to the person I was working with about 3 hours ago???? He knows what he did and I do not want to drive back or re explain it. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I wish Best Buy in North Little Rock still sold AT&T phones I got this one there and I'm waiting on a Z-fold 8 to come out. But I really didn't need a new phone I needed a printer ribbon and they've always got them in stock. You can get them online but everybody's so friendly at Best Buy
