Fantastic customer support. Witten and another gentleman were able to get me the TV I was looking for, the mount I needed, and out the door in no time at all. Genuinely a great experience. Highly recommend this location.

Slow and not knowledgeable. It was slow and there were plenty of associates visiting with each other, but I had to wait 25 minutes to be helped. The person that did help had to find someone to help them who had to find someone to help them. I just needed them to hand me a phone from behind the counter. Madness.

This goes to the geek squad. I recently dropped off my PC to get a diagnostic test on it. And was informed that it was a motherboard issue and in order for me to get it repaired I needed to contact the brand of the PC for them to repair. I took it to Razorback computer in Lowell and they informed me that the only thing that my PC needed was an operating system reset. I called customer service and was told that they would refund me the diagnostic fee that Best Buy charges if I brought the receipt Of the place that Repaired the PC. I did and they refused to refund it.
