The customer service on the phone is non existent. The AI generated operator refused to connect me with a person and continued hanging up on my. very annoying. I dont want to waste a trip driving to another town to go in store and see if they have what i need or not.

Management here are rude, defensive and unhelpful. Last two times I’ve been to this location there have had items stocked wrong in front of the wrong price tag or clearance tags on items not on clearance and when I go to check out they won’t honor their mistakes.
