Poor customer service. Absolutely rude staff.
I bought an LG TV here and the screen color is defected right out of the box. I spent an hour at their store to explain I handled the TV very carefully. Nothing happened during the transportation. However, Kendal, the manager at Rogers store, kept saying the same thing over and over again. It is my problem, not theirs. They have a poor inspection process before handing the TV to customers. I asked for the inspection report or any proof of the inspection. They could not provide any. So, they literally sold a broken TV to customer and took no responsibility. Once you pay for it, it is not their problem anymore. They did listen to their customers at all, just saying it is their policy, they cannot do anything. So, you should not buy anything from Best Buy. Buy somewhere else, where they value their customers, take responsibility for what they do, provide after-sale service and more importantly listen to their customers. Don’t be like me. Wasting money and time just for a broken TV.

Alot of electronic equipment to choose from.i never want to leave when I get there!
Fraud! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Bought a high end LG “television”. Had a bright blue light over half the screen and kept on rebooting so we couldn’t watch. Spent hours on the phone to be told - not best buy’s problem. Shop at amazon or walmart.
