This store should just put itself out of its misery. Terrible inventory and TERRIBLE customer service. The cell phone kiosk is the only thing keeping this dump alive. I was 2nd in line and when the customer in front of me was done, the cashier turned and walked away - saying nothing. And never returned. After a few minutes of standing there, I tried stopping 2 employees coming from the back area. They ignored me and kept on walking. I flagged a 3rd and he says, "oh - have you not been helped?" No - see how me and the other (actually) 10 people in line are just standing here? Mind you - I was in line to buy 1 of 2 hdmi cables I needed but they only had 1. 1 hdmi cable at the only electronics store in Rogers. By the time they convinced an employee to work the register, I decided they dont get my money. Please close and make room for a Dicks Sporting good. Please.

Best Buy looks much nicer after the remodel, the store feels cleaner and more modern. Unfortunately, the service has not improved to match the updated look. Staff are not rude, but they also do not go out of their way to be welcoming or helpful. Interactions feel transactional at best, and asking for assistance often feels like an interruption rather than part of the job. You can likely find what you need on your own, but do not expect much engagement or support if you need help.

Geek Squad: Don’t waste your time with this place. I had a 6:40 PM appointment for a screen replacement, but when I arrived, they told me to book a new appointment because they couldn’t finish the repair before their 9:00 PM closing time. If they knew they couldn’t complete the repair, I don’t understand why they scheduled the appointment in the first place.
