Like most best buys, they've bailed on the idea of multiple cashier's. Can be quick, can take awhile depending. Staff have always been polite though

Came in and put my name in to be helped with phones and was told there was no one ahead and the second someone was available we would be helped then proceeded to have two people who came in after be helped. Wound up waiting for 30 minutes just to be told they were out of stock. They Could have checked real quick when I entered since I told them what I wanted instead of wasting all of my time
