If I could it would be a zero. Spent $4600 on TV and sound bar plus install on 4/19 schedule install for 4/29 sorry no show. Rescheduled for 5/7 got a text saying see you on your appointment for 5/7 guess what no show again. Drove to store and Witten and Adam tried to help but there hands were tied asked them to call someone who could aka Shane the manager. Well he couldn't even be bothered poor management on best buys part. Will be calling corporate office today. Lost a long time customer today. Looks like an AI response all they can do is take a closer look no one wants to own this and fix it. Very disappointed

After the geek squad charged 99.00 to hang the new TV on the wall And move the old tv they didn't pare the tv an the remote so I have no way to raise or lower the sound and I can only shut the tv down I must pull the plug from the wall. What a ripoff. Best Buy has got the last dollar from me. P
