I had a really bad experience buying a TV. The staffs inside when I was looking around, were good in answering my questions. There was no detailed explanation or suggestions in any way in helping me to pick a TV, but that's fine. My issue was when loading it to my car. I made the payment for my 65" TV, and the salesperson asked me which vehicle I drive. I mentioned I drive a Nissan Sentra, obviously a mid size sedan. He asked me if I can pull up to the two doors for loading. When I pulled up in front of the door, it was a different staff for loading it. He told me right away, it wasn't gonna fit in my car. He told me I have to bring a pickup truck for this. I really felt, it would fit in the car, but I am no expert. So I was just thinking if I could bring a pick up truck the same day as it was already 4 in the evening. Then he told me they will 'hold' the TV until 10:00 pm. So I told him what time do you guys open Tomorrow. He told me, we open in the morning, but we can't hold it tomorrow. (Does that make any sense? I paid for the damn TV in full!). So I mentioned, I already paid for it. Him : "Yeah, but we can hold it until 10:00 pm today only". I asked, so you guys will refund me? His blunt response: "I don't know". Is this how your staff treat a Customer or talk to a Customer? I felt disrespected and humiliated. True, I don't own a truck, but do I have to put up with your staff for that? I took a U-haul and picked up the TV the same day, but I am done with Best Buy. No wonder, people just prefer online shopping, because they don't have to tolerate this.
