Best Buy Rogers

This place is a joke. I went in to look at some high-end speakers and there's virtually no one working there. They no longer have the speaker listening room, and speakers are just spread out around the home audio area. None of the demo equipment works. I spent about 20 minutes trying to get connected to one pair of speakers when I finally came by but was of no help. All they could say was the speakers were marked down more than they used to be, which doesn't mean anything because you can't listen to them! They were $2500 open-boxed and the guy had little interest in trying to show me what they sound like. This place is not what it used to be. Who would spend that much money on open box speakers you can't even listen to? And how about getting the demo equipment working so that I don't have to fiddle with connecting my own phone?

Used the pro installation services to get a front & back dash cam put in my car. Didn't even have to buy it in the store! They installed what I bought at another retailer. Setting up the installation was super easy and they communicated to confirm a few times. Price is very reasonable. Jeremy did my installation and was GREAT! He made sure I was happy and even helped me a couple of days after the installation because I didn't understand how to set up the 24-hr parking monitor. 10/10 would recommend.

No long lines or lengthy waiting for someone to come help unless you want an Apple product.
