I bought a HP VICTUS gaming computer on December 16 2024, it's October 2025 now and the battery gets way to hot! Causing problems with sound and the battery only last 1 1/4 hours. There FIX turn down graphics and go on Eco mode. I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE IT WAS A GAMING LAPTOP. From the 1st second they were telling me to settle with the lower settings...Replace the Battery! Or Replace the LAPTOP. It has to be plugged in to the wall outlet.i Now Hate bestbuy!!! I'm pay 179.00 a year for the the warranty plan. What a waste OF MONEY!!!
