This goes to the geek squad. I recently dropped off my PC to get a diagnostic test on it. And was informed that it was a motherboard issue and in order for me to get it repaired I needed to contact the brand of the PC for them to repair. I took it to Razorback computer in Lowell and they informed me that the only thing that my PC needed was an operating system reset. I called customer service and was told that they would refund me the diagnostic fee that Best Buy charges if I brought the receipt Of the place that Repaired the PC. I did and they refused to refund it.

Zero customer service. No way to contact the store by phone. It’s worth the extra money to go elsewhere.

I bought a laptop during Black Friday, and was sold the wrong one that was a $100 more, once I realized I messaged a live agent and was told that I had to wait till it shipped and then take it back and that they would exchange it for the correct one and refund the extra leftover. And that they would still do it for the sale price since I bought it during Black Friday. I went there and they lied and said that the live agents where not affiliated with Best Buy, why make them you’re agents then? And that cannot do it because they cannot tendor it. Just a bunch of crap and the manager wouldn’t talk to me they just kept playing telephone. And then gave me the email of there gm or something and I sent him a email over 5 days ago and yet have been given a response. Buy stuff online, they are not good people and shouldn’t be given business.

I give this 5 star to Jerry in audio. I was originally going to leave a -1 star for the pretentious salesman that sold me on a bill of goods that was not going to work. He is a young kid that just needs to do better!! Jerry was able to take this project out of the ditch and get it back up and running. Jerry actually upsold me because it’s what I needed.
