Best Buy Rogers

Went in for a portable power bank. The greeter at the door pointed directly at the one I wanted. Three steps later, it was in my hand. 90 seconds later, I was in the parking lot, getting in my truck. How could it have been any better?

Super disappointed with the overall knowledge of the staff regarding exclusive Best Buy events and upcoming product and collectible releases. It’s frustrating to have to repeatedly ask about events and new drops only to find that employees either aren’t aware of them or can’t provide any useful information. This Best Buy also seems to consistently be one of the last retailers to receive Pokémon products, and the lack of participation in Pokémon and other collectible events is disappointing for customers who actively follow these releases. For a major retailer that sells collectibles, I’d expect staff to have at least a basic understanding of upcoming releases, exclusive events, and when popular products are expected to drop. There’s definitely room for improvement.

Really disappointed called 2 days in a row to confirm about a pokemon event going on for kids and they confirmed both times that they will be participating showed up early with my kids to try to beat the pokemon crowed and waited 3 plus hours in the sun just for them to say sorry we got nothing I was so pist not for me but for my little girl that woke up early just to be lied two she cried in car after we left and fell asleep thanks best buy
