I came in looking for a specific cord for a second monitor which I carry when I travel. Shawn Doyle assisted me and he asked me a handful of questions after looking at my monitor and immediately knew what I needed. He grabbed the box and took me over to an area where I could test the cord and it worked like a charm. His demeanor, friendliness and product knowledge were a perfect reflection of the brand.
Hate the new remodel. Seems very overpriced as well. Way to many floor associates.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Purchased a computer at 9am for in store pick up, paid and then no explanation besides they could refund my money in 5-10 business days because they could not verify the order. Very passive aggressive and just overall the worst purchase/scam experience. Still have not received my computer or my money. Calling the support desk, no one knows what is going on, nor are the staff competent enough to assist. But the only recommendation was signing up for their credit card! That was their best advice….
