Went in to update m iWatch, and possibly iPhone. After no one seemed to be around (at least 10 min), I walked up to customer service and asked for help. The 2 teenagers looked at each other and clearly did not know what was going on. One finally asked if I knew which product I wanted. Sure, I showed it to him and he said he could get it from the back…. Well, maybe his buddy could. I said that I also need it set up on my att account. “Oh, I really can’t do that!” Neither could his buddy. They asked the guy walking in with food… and maybe after his lunch break but probably not.
I said forget it (loudly). On my way out I told the woman standing in the front of the store we were leaving because no one seemed to want to help us. She said we were on a cue and needed to wait (no one to this point had even said hi to us.). If they don’t need my money, I can clearly go spend it somewhere else.
Management needs to get this store together. No one has a clue what was going on, and there is a mildew musty smell when you walk through the door.
This place is the modern day Radio Shack they always have what I’m looking for. The staff is always great and helpful … However, I wish they would let you look around a little more before they start following you around … it’s hard to Randomly buy something if you have someone nonstop following you around… by the way the bathrooms are very neat and clean … if you can’t find it at Walmart, you will surely find it here.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. In and out in less than 30 minutes.
