They have amazing staff and they are super helpful. The selection is great if you compare it to all the local stores. I love bestbuy because sometimes you need to ask questions to get the right product, and sometimes you need a product fast instead of waiting for it to be shipped.
Only one issue, it's almost impossible to call a store to check if they have an item or if you need to ask a store specific question.
I am incredibly frustrated. I dropped my iPad off with the Geek Squad bc this is the one of two Apple approved repair partner in Rogers and the only company I was familiar with so I assumed it would be safe. The girl I dropped it off with on 6/1/2026 was incredibly hateful, passive aggressive, and acted like I was wasting her time. She quoted me 3-5 business days on the repair. Apple did not even receive the device until 6/3 and started working on it on 6/4. No update has come through since. Bust buy “accidentally” closed my repair two days after submitting it. They tell me they can’t update me unless Apple sends them updates. But they’re updating to a closed repair. Best Buy says they’ll call me when the device arrives. It’s now 6/15. I’ve heard nothing but ghost emails saying the device is ready. I speak to Apple. They confirm they still have the device but they’re not allowed to tell me anything bc it has to go through Best Buy. Best Buy call center says “oh it’s ready” and won’t do anything. Today I finally got someone that took the time to look into it and says she doesn’t understand why the store did not make a new repair to get updates through and says I need to speak to the store. Meanwhile I’ve been without a $300+ device that I need for work and no one is willing to do anything to fix the problem. They just give me flippant answers.
